On March 24, I went to a meeting of the 2nd Western District Military Court of Moscow in the case of Mikhail Krieger, accused of supporting terrorism (!). He faces a very long time. I was and listened to what was happening in the courtroom before lunch, which was announced, seems to be at 14:30 or so.

All places in the hall were occupied by the friends and acquaintances of Mikhail Kriger - in my estimation - in the hall in the field for the “spectators” there were 46 people, as well as 7 media correspondents (one correspondent, the court removed from the hall before the meeting on the merits of the issue), which the court allowed to pass and take places for the jurors, allowed the process of audio recording of the process and, moreover defendant and his lawyers.

This was the third, if I am not mistaken, a meeting of the military court in the Crieger case, which was introduced into the court of the court and the courtroom in handcuffs. I was at the first court session, I couldn’t at the second, and today I was at half past three in the case of Mikhail Kriger.

I am familiar with Misha Krieger "100 years." I remember how, in the early 2000s, he, as the head of a small construction company, provided a lifting crane, an excavator and a truck for the installation on the slope of the hill near the museum and the Sakharov Public Center of the Sculpture of the magnificent “flying pegas” (authors Daniel Mitlyansky, Galina Shilina and Master Ivanov).

We did not often see and talked, but there was always a sense of understanding between me and Misha, and I always admired and admire Mishina’s energy and the courage of his speeches in defense of political prisoners, against Putin.

In court, I first recognized and heard literally that Misha wrote on the Internet about Putin, after which Misha was arrested and judged by a military court, accusing terrorism. In a nutshell, he said and wrote on the Internet approximately that if Putin would judge, then he would like to see it.

What can you tell more. Compared to the first meeting, the prosecutor changed. Now this woman is young, fit, beautiful, with a "horse tail." According to her performances, she made the impression of a smart, but biased, which sometimes put her in a slightly ridiculous position.
