The judge of the Vasileostrovsky district court of St. Petersburg allowed a friend Sasha Skochilenko to Alexei Belozerov and her girlfriend Sofya Subbotina with Sasha in a pre -trial detention center. This was reported by the artist support channel.
On March 22, the court once again left Skochilenko in a pre -trial detention center - this time until July 10.
On September 24, the Investigative Committee charged the girl in the case of the spread of “fakes” about the Russian army based on political hatred (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, Skochilenko replaced the price tags in the Perekrestok store with leaflets with information about the shelling of the Mariupol drama theater and the death of civilians.
On April 11, the artist was detained , and two days later they sent them to custody. The girl admitted the fact of the spread of leaflets, but does not consider herself guilty and denies that she disseminated false information.
