Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said that the building of the district military commissariat in the city of Sevsk was damaged by a strike from a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone. According to the governor, the drone dropped ammunition on the building, and there were no casualties.

The head of the Bryansk region also reported that in the Sevsky district, Ukrainian troops dropped ammunition using a drone near the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to Bogomaz, no one was hurt.

The governor did not provide any photos or videos to support his claims.

Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Bryansk region authorities have regularly reported shelling from Ukraine and attacks by Ukrainian drones. The FSB also periodically reports the killing of "Ukrainian saboteurs" on the region's border.
In this regard, the region is in a “medium response level” and a “yellow” level of terrorist threat, which requires increased work by special services.
In early March, Russian authorities announced that a "Ukrainian sabotage group" had infiltrated the Bryansk border villages of Lyubechany and Sushany, killing two people and injuring three others, including a child. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the incident a "terrorist attack." The Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC), which claims to be fighting on the side of Ukraine, claimed responsibility for the attack. Ukrainian authorities denied any involvement in the action.
