In particular, Trump is charged with the payment of 130 thousand dollars porn actress Stormy Daniels (real name - Stephanie Cliffords), who agreed not to disclose compromising information about her sexual connection with the presidential candidate. The actress was transferred to the actress by Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen, and then received a compensation from Trump Organization and her head. In 2018, Cohen was already sentenced to three years in prison in this case.

The indictment claims that Trump instructed Cohen to delay the payment of Daniels as long as possible and try to wait for the election to not pay at all, because after them the story will cease to matter, even if it becomes the public.
