As a rule, the investigation - even for insignificant matters - is not divided with the press data of a preliminary investigation. In some cases, even the personality of the suspects was not disclosed to the last (not to mention what was said by interrogation), sometimes even in the corridors of the court and on investigative actions they are driven with bags on their heads (as it was in the case of the murder of Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova). This is done in order to make it difficult for the accomplices the opportunity to hide and cover traces. The investigation data were not disclosed for other most resonant political murders of recent times, which, however, remained for the most part “hanging”.

But the disclosure of the data of the preliminary investigation, and even accompanied by the operational “cinema”, as practice shows, is actively used when the case must be given the resonance and additional propaganda value that the authorities.

However, this has nothing to do with the investigation itself, it is not the initiative of the investigation and the search for real criminals, as a rule, harms.

The data of the preliminary investigation is usually disclosed in the event that this is what the result is necessary for both its leadership and operational accompaniment.

However, in the disclosure of the preliminary investigation data, in this way, it was done in this case, it is difficult to detect anything illegal. The investigator, according to the law, determines what is the secret of the investigation and what is not.

Today, April 4, in the middle of the day, the 26-year-old Daria Trepova by the regular commercial flight S7-1028 of the S7 Airlines was delivered from St. Petersburg to Moscow. Shortly before 15 hours, a car carrier drove up to the Basmanny trial, from which, also accompanied by a large convoy, they brought Trepov in handcuffs, in a colored jacket with a hood stretched over his eyes, in a mask, and brought into the building.

Around the same time, around 15.15, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said that Trepova was charged with a terrorist act that entailed the death of a person (paragraph “b” of part 3 of article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as the illegal storage of explosives (part 4 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the official report of the department, she committed both crimes “as part of an organized group”, and both qualify as especially grave. For such articles, the court may be sentenced to the accused right up to a lifetime. However, according to the current legislation, in Russia, women cannot be sentenced to more than 25 years of real imprisonment. Nevertheless, lawyers interviewed by the “new” emphasize that Trepova’s case is “exceptional”.

At 15.20, journalists began to be launched into the Basmanny Court building. Soon, from those present in the hall it became known that the prosecutor demanded to arrest Daria Trepova for two months - until June 2.

The defendant has a lawyer - Daniil Berman. However, before the court session, he did not communicate with anyone, and during the break-when Judge Valentina Levashova retired to the advisory room-the bailiffs forbade reporters to ask someone questions.

The judge returned to the hall to announce a preventive measure in 17.40. But almost at the same moment, the investigator addressed her with a petition to hold a meeting in a closed mode, explaining this: "The vowel consideration of the case can violate the inviolability of the participants in the case." The prosecutor supported the request: "This is necessary in order to prevent the disclosure of the preliminary investigation."

Daria herself was unexpectedly indignant. She suddenly got up and said: "I do not support the closure of the court session."

Trepova’s lawyer Daniil Berman agreed with the client: “The media already has leaks from the investigative group. There can no longer be disclosure. ” The defender also spoke out against the closure of the meeting, "in order not to violate the principle of publicity."

Judge Levashova eventually decided to hold a meeting on the election of a preventive measure in closed mode.

An hour later, the judge announced the decision: the accused will spend the next two months in jail. “In satisfying the petition of the protection of the protection of a different measure that is not related to detention, it was refused,” Levashova summed up.

She only guessed that it was “something bad”.

"Fontanka" claims that "the taxi driver also had no idea that he is awarding," and the homemade explosive device was allegedly ordered anonymously through telegrams and several intermediaries.

Further, following the testimony of Daria, quoted by Fontanka, “Trepova returned to Petersburg and came with a box with a statuette in a cafe for a meeting with Vladlen Tatar.” Ultimately, "for everything done by her, they bought a ticket from St. Petersburg to Uzbekistan, promising that from Asia it would already be calmly transported to Ukraine."

As the “new” in the St. Petersburg GSU of the IC of the Russian Federation confirmed, a number of examinations have now been appointed in the case. One of them is carried out by explosive specialists, according to preliminary estimates, it will take at least a month. “Fontanka”, referring to their own sources, reports: “Experts must confirm that the bomb was activated at a distance-a SIM card was sewn into it. And not only Vladlen Tatar, but another five or six people, including Trepova herself, had to die. ”

About the actions of Daria Trepova, after an explosion in a bar on the University Embankment, Novaya said: she made a chaotic path along the way to the Northern Valley residential complex, where her familiar formal spouse lives. I sent a short message to my friend. Then she expected to be sent to Uzbekistan.

But on the night of April 3, in the apartment in Pushkin (suburb of St. Petersburg), the parents of Daria were first detained, and in the morning of the same day - she herself. The girl surrendered almost without resistance and said on the camera: "I was set up." All this has already been confirmed by official sources.
