Igor Baryshnikov is the only criminal case in Kaliningrad under an article on fakes for anti -war reposts on social networks. He has a lying 97-year-old mother at home, so she is not going to escape from the country of ladies . He himself, against the backdrop of stress, ended up in the hospital with suspicion of oncology , but He could not get any accurate diagnosis or medical care.

Igor Baryshnikov, a famous Kaliningrad activist, 64 years old. For the past few years, it could be seen on almost all the public actions that were held in the city. In 2021, he was arrested twice - first for eight days for participating in a rally in support of Alexei Navalny, and then for 22 days - for supposedly calls to participate in the rally.

- For the second time, all activists were given for 20 days. I said in court: I have a sick, lying mother. And the judge Podushkin took into account - gave 22 days, well done, - recalls Igor.

"Just a digest of news"

Baryshnikov has a really sick mother, and after the death of his older brother, he is her only guardian. Igor’s mother is almost 97 years old. Until those detention in 2021, she still soberly perceived reality, and then, on the basis of stress, fell into unconsciousness.

- Two years ago, I also gave her the programs to listen to the Radio Liberty, she was interested in the news. And when they detained me, she got worse. And now it is between heaven and earth-something will understand, something is not. Now, while I am dangling around the hospitals, the Hesad charity fund workers are looking after my mother. She is a Jewish, is considered the victim during the war due to the actions of the Nazis. "Hesad" provided a social worker, diapers, certificates for products.

They seized equipment and mobile phones. And against the activist, the first case in the region was initiated under Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - for the public distribution of knowingly false information about the use of the Russian armed forces. The reason was 18 reposts on a closed page on Facebook - about the maternity hospital in Mariupol, about the actions of the Russian army in Buch, plus Baryshnikov published links to military articles of foreign media.

- The case began with the Ashnik report, about three reposts about Mariupol on March 9. But the "refutation" from the Ministry of Defense came only on March 10. That is, these reposts could not be "knowingly false information." So the case spun from a false conclusion, ”says Baryshnikova’s lawyer Maria Bonzler.

Today, six volumes are involved in the criminal case, the entire power machine of the region is involved in it: the police, the Investigative Committee, the FSB. According to the activist, the investigation does not take into account the fact that his page was closed from March 2 to May 4 - at the time when he was charged. That is, only friends could read the page.

-We managed to find out who Eshnik entered my page-through the page of one Kaliningrad, which I once added as a friend. And in court he said that he went through his profile using VPN, and supposedly my page was open to everyone. Although there are screenshots in the case, where it is clear that the page is closed, ”says Baryshnikov. - The judge told us to this: you must prove that at that moment it was closed, and notarizing all this. The lawyer began to call notaries, and it turned out that no one in the city was ready to certify Facebook because he is extremist, dangerous. We managed to find a notary with great difficulty.

On June 22, 2022, another thing was initiated against Baryshnikov - for another 12 reposts.

- replaced the repost about the cruiser "Moscow". Although what's wrong - he did not sank? Can you show it? Does he participate in some exercises or hostilities? He is not. They included everything there - even the reposts that Chubais left the board of directors [AFK System]. Although I just have a stream of information there - how they shot a helicopter and so on. Just a digest of the news. That is, I am charged with a stream of news that came out even at RIA Novosti, ”the activist is indignant. - Then two of my affairs were united in one, according to the same article, but parts of the second, more severe, there is a sanction up to ten years in prison.

From Baryshnikov they took a recognizance not to leave. In parallel, the police aroused five administrative cases against him about discrediting the army-and also because of his reposts. Later, Baryshnikov was fined for 30 thousand rubles for them, now the case is in cassation.

"Doctors reacted differently"

The court in the criminal case of Baryshnikov has been going on for six months. In March, the meeting had to be postponed: the pensioner is sick for the past few weeks, a chronic disease has worsened. In addition, there is a suspicion of oncology. But so far he has not been able to undergo an examination in order to establish the nature of the tumor.

Baryshnikov could not be put in the hospital for a long time.

-Doctors knew why he was judged, and reacted very differently. In Sovetsk, he had his own "evil genius" - Strelmikov Strelnikov, Vladimir Vladimirovich, who believes that Baryshnikov should continue to take part in the process, and his treatment is only "a way to get away from a well -deserved punishment." He refused Igor to hospitalize, despite his direction, ”says Ekaterina Selizarova, second lawyer Baryshnikova. - And only thanks to the intervention of the public with great difficulty we were able to put it in the Soviet city hospital. But there his condition did not improve.

The local doctor was forced to do an emergency operation - to install a cystostom (this is a tube that is installed in the bladder directly through the front abdominal wall). And then he was simply sent home - it was impossible to conduct an examination for oncology, since there is no necessary medical equipment in the clinic. The ordeal in the Kaliningrad hospitals continued.

“In order for Igor to be sent to Kaliningrad to a hospital, you again had to connect activists,” says Selizarova. - But in the Kaliningrad Regional Hospital he was refused hospitalization - the doctor touched the pipe with urine, which sticks out of Igor from the abdominal cavity, and said that everything was fine, there are a lot of such patients, it's okay. We went to the BSMP (an ambulance hospital. - SR ) , there he was taken to a hospital, to the urology department. And then he felt worse, severe pains appeared in the area of the exit of cystostom. But in a day the doctor never approached him. In general, the attitude towards him in the BSMP was very strange - they wanted to write it all the time. Igor handed Igor the extra three days here only because they had broken an MRI, and the study on this apparatus was transferred. After the MRI he was discharged nowhere. The biopsy did not. No requests to establish a diagnosis, since in the near future Baryshnikov may be in prison and just die there, did not act on the doctors. We saw only glass glances, or even simply did not look into our eyes. Treat in a planned manner, for years.

Baryshnikov managed to get to a paid appointment with a doctor-an oncologist from St. Petersburg, who ended up in Kaliningrad. The doctor examined him, praised the doctor from Sovetsk, who established cystostom, but was horrified by the relationship in other hospitals, says Selizarova:

- The doctor prescribed a referral for treatment in St. Petersburg and said: “Relieve the question with the court, but keep in mind: your life is in danger. Cystostom is a source of infection, a sepsis may occur at any time. This is a temporary measure and continue to hang around hospitals, buses and various places for you are dangerous.” Encouraged by the doctor’s parting words, we again began the assault on the clinic of Sovetsk. Igor passed the series of doctors. But when the certificate was almost executed, our "evil genius" came out - Nadmed Vladimir Vladimirovich. At first, he demanded that the court guarantee that they would not have a criminal case if he would release the patient in St. Petersburg. The judge was surprised at such amateur performances, but asked to issue an appropriate request from the clinic. The next day, the opinion of Street Med has changed. Igor solemnly handed a ticket for an appointment with the oncologist in Kaliningrad and said that in the region there is every opportunity to treat, and he had nothing to squandering the money of Kaliningrad. But the oncocenter has never been put into operation in our country, and patients with suspicion of oncology are clinging between all hospitals, sit in terrible lines, wait for months in line for research.

The lawyer complained about the actions of the doctors to the regional prosecutor's office, the Investigative Committee, Roszdravnadzor, and the regional Ministry of Health. I wrote to Baryshnikov’s medical insurance company. There is no answer from any instance.

- They have time for answers. Only Baryshnikov has it, ”says the lawyer. - The doctor from St. Petersburg, when he found out about all this, sent another direction from his clinic - with all regalia and seals, but it does not matter to local esculaps and officials. A few days later we have a court session. And we still cannot even get a certificate from doctors that the young ladies are sick and cannot be present in court.

Igor Baryshnikov does not believe in the possibility of an acquittal - there are too many examples when people are planted for anti -war statements. But he will not leave the country. He is convinced that he did not commit any crimes. Yes, and do not leave the mother.

- I do not want to leave, I have mom. Anyway: what the hell should I flow? I did nothing, ”says Kaliningrad. - Article 207.3 Part two, the item "D" is inciting hatred. The same article by Ilya Yashin, Dima Ivanov, Alexandra Skochilenko, Vladimir Rumyantsev, Mikhail Simonov, Dmitry Talentov, Olga Smirnova and many others. Therefore, an excuse for it is hardly possible. Are I ready to sit down? .. And what are the options? I do not admit my guilt. As far as I know, under this article no one pleaded guilty. Neither Vladimir Rumyantsev, a stoker from Vologda, nor even Yashin or Kara-Murza.

According to the OVD-Info , today 150 Russians have been convicted or are waiting for a sentence under an article on fakes about the Russian army (207.3 of the Criminal Code). 63 people are persecuted under the article on discrediting the Russian army (280.3 of the Criminal Code). 141 verdicts were sentenced, 42 people are deprived of freedom by the court sentence, 13 of them are under house arrest. Among the defendants in cases are public figures, politicians, journalists, teachers, students, workers.

One of the latter is the case of the 63-year-old railway worker Mikhail Simonov. On March 30, the Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow sentenced him to seven years in colony under the article on Fakes about the army - for two antivone posts on VKontakte.
