Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to check the actions of comedians Sasha Kapadi (Alexander Dolgopolov) and Garik Oganisyan. This is stated in the telegram channel of the department. Stand-up artists played the moment of presenting the statuette to the pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky, who died from the explosion on April 2.

The report of the Investigative Committee says that during their performance on stage in Berlin, Kapadya and Oganisyan "played the circumstances of the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg as a joke," because of which their actions "will be given a legal assessment."

During the performance, Kapadya parodied Daria Trepova and presented Oganisyan, who portrayed Tatarsky, with a statuette. Hovhannisyan put it next to the words: "Thank you very much, let him stand here."

State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova reacted to the speech. It was she who sent a request to the UK with a request to check the stand-up comedians. “Humor on human tragedy is a crime. … We don’t need blasphemous humor,” she wrote on her Telegram channel.

On April 2, an explosion occurred in a St. Petersburg cafe where a “creative meeting” between pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky and his fans took place. As a result, Tatarsky died, more than 30 people were injured. Shortly before the explosion, one of the visitors to the cafe gave the blogger a figurine, which probably detonated. Soon the girl was detained - she turned out to be 26-year-old Petersburger Daria Trepova. Now she is under arrest, she faces up to 20 years in prison. The UK qualified the incident as a terrorist attack.
