In the fall of 2022, 20-year-old Daniil Kostyugov moved to the apartment to his girlfriend Alice. The couple decided to make repairs. The neighbors did not like this. Even when the repair ended, they continued to complain about the noise in the evenings. As a result, the neighbors turned to the police, after which they drew up an administrative protocol on ZASIGOV, but not for violation of silence, but for the “discredit” of the Russian army. Due to the threat of persecution, he left Russia. "Cold" tells this story.

In 2020, at that time, 18-year-old Daniil Kostyugov left Minsk to Moscow to "start adulthood." His grandfather Vladimir Kostyugov is a famous Lithuanian movie operator. Daniel was going to follow in his footsteps: to enter the Moscow Cinema School and work in the same field. At the end of 2022, Kostyugov moved to the apartment to his girlfriend, artist Alice (she asked not to name her last name) , to the house on the Avtozavodskaya, where she lived since childhood. “We began to make repairs, almost everything ended. In parallel, I participated in very good films, ”says Daniil. - I starred in a friend in an anti -war film - I had an episodic role there, where I burn the Russian passport. I understood that at least because of this, at some point I would have to leave [from Russia], but I did not think that so soon. ”

Daniel’s troubles began at the beginning of 2023, but not because of the filming. The neighbor Anna Podlesnaya, a doctor from the University Clinical Hospital No. 1, began to constantly come to the apartment with Alice to the apartment. “For some time we really made repairs, but we stopped it,” says Alice. -It turned out that we had very thin floors, and it was completely impossible not to make noise: in the evening you go [on the floor], you accidentally drop something, [and this is heard from the neighbors]. They [Anna and her young man] said: “You have problems with isolation: buy a carpet, do not go in boots.” What we did: bought a carpet and did not go in boots. ” Despite this, says Alice, “the neighbor every time she became angrier and angrier”: “She called my mother, threatened that if we did not understand in a good way, she would turn to the police.”

One evening, in early March, Daniel and Alice watched the “Shrek” on the computer. “We turned on the film on half the possible volume of the laptop. Perhaps due to the fact that there was little furniture in the apartment, [because of the echo] something could have been heard. For this, the police were called to us, ”says Daniel. - We opened the door. The police saw that we had no party that we practically went to bed. They wrote down that there was a challenge and left. ” According to Alice, the police also checked the documents and saw that Daniel from Belarus (Daniil Stiagov had two citizenships - Russian and Belarusian).

After that, says Daniel, the owner of the apartment, which was rented by Anna Podlesnaya, called Alice's mother and said: "You do not understand in a good way-it will be in a while." “He called us obdated. Then we began to seriously be afraid that drugs would be thrown to us, ”he recalls.

“I took my passport and said that I had to get together. Well, apparently, it is necessary "

March 16, a week after the police arrived, Alice was in the apartment alone. About eight in the evening, she says, a district police officer tried to get into the apartment with a man in a tracksuit. “They called, knocked, and then turned off the light and began to scrape the door,” says Alice. That evening she did not open them, but then she found that the door lock was damaged. Then Alice decided to go to the police the next day to write a statement about damage to the castle.

But about the castle, Alice claims, it was not interesting to talk to the police: they tried to find out more details about Daniel. Alice went to the police with her parents, and after she wrote a statement about the castle, they all returned to the apartment together with the district police officer. “We arrived at the apartment, looked at the castle, and then they took Danju into the station,” says Alice.

As Daniil himself recalls, before that the district police officer took his Russian passport, and also showed anti -war posts on his Instagram from his phone: “He went to my page and says:“ Is this yours? ” There was a picture with Putin and the inscription “No war”. I say: "Well, yes, this is mine." He: "Dress, we are leaving for the station." I did not know that he could say that it was impossible. He took my passport and said that it was necessary to gather. Well, apparently, it is necessary. I first ran into the police. Before that, only once they detained me for drinking beer on a bench. ”

When Daniel went down the stairs, the district police officer, according to him, called Anna’s door and asked: “This one here?” - To which she answered in the affirmative. Anna also added that Daniel "[before that] rushed at the policeman, and his girlfriend rolled vases on the floor." Daniil says that no one believed that he and the girl were quieter than water, below the grass: “Maybe we look like this: we wear clothes from a second, I could go to the store, which is in the same house, in a robe and slippers.”

On the same day, in the site - in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Danilovsky district - it drew up an administrative protocol on the “discredit” of the Russian army and reported that he should come to the court on March 20 for consideration of his case.

Daniil told his older sister about what happened. She advised him: "You need to fall." Alice remained in Moscow because she had no money to leave. But in the apartment on Avtozavodskaya it no longer appears: he is afraid that they can also get the case on her.

On March 20, Daniel flew to Istanbul, without waiting for the trial. On the same day, the Simonovsky District Court examined the case of Daniil Stiagov and found him guilty of “discrediting” the Russian army. The decision states that on March 17 it was revealed that the costume on his Instagram page “made a repost of a drawing with a caricature image of the President of the Russian Federation with the inscription“ No War ”and a repost with the inscription“ Repost Yakschio address ... ”with non -normative vocabulary” and thus performed public actions aimed at “discrediting” the army. For this he was a fine (which one, in the decree that is posted on the website of the Moscow City Court, is not specified) . Daniil told the “cold” that he did the reposts that the court’s decision a year ago: all this time they were not interested in anyone.

Already on an airplane, Daniil placed Storyz on Instagram: “Right now I am sitting on an airplane that flies into Istanbul a few minutes later. I don’t know anyone there, and I have nowhere to go. A denunciation was written on me, and [I] had to urgently leave Russia. If you live in Istanbul or know someone there, please help. ”

Daniel’s post was seen by 23-year-old Lolya Vasilieva, who lives in Istanbul with her young man. They decided to shelter Daniel in the early days. Now he lives in a shelter and waits for him to make a European visa.

“Cold” contacted Anna Podlesnaya, but she refused to tell her version of events. Instead, Pavel Golovanov agreed to talk with the “cold”: he said that the apartment belongs to him. According to him, Podlesnaya lives in this apartment with his young man Arseny Borodin, the ex-member of the show "Factory of Stars" (Daniil Kostyugov told the "cold" that Borodin came to their apartment with Anna; he did not respond to the request of the "cold") . At the same time, Golovanov said that he lives in the apartment with Anna and Arseny.

Golovanov also told the “cold” that he did not know that Daniel Stuygov had drawn up a protocol on “discrediting” of the Russian army. “The guys ran, laughed. Scream, loud laughter, sounds of noisy repair work, and all this after 11 pm. There is a time when it is necessary to sleep and not interfere with the neighbors - they did not do this. There is a law on silence. We repeatedly tried to resolve [the problem with the noise] without the intervention of the third party, ”said Golovanov. “It was all ignored.”

Golovanov believes that the problems with the insulation of neighbors are not the Wine with Borodin and Borodin. “We designated that we can help with the decision: in addition to the carpet, put something else.
