A protocol was drawn up against the creator of the anti-war telegram channel “Perm 36.6”, Sergei Ukhov, stating that he was not labeled as a “foreign agent” (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by Idel.Realii.

Ukhov was added to the register on January 13. On January 18, the editorial staff of the telegram channel were summoned to the police for questioning along with their parents: then they were threatened with criminal charges under an extremist article and demanded to close the project.

Previously, Ukhov headed the Perm headquarters of Alexei Navalny.

In December 2022, the law and numerous legislative amendments to “foreign agency” regulation came into force.
