because of a demotivator In the Lipetsk region , an employee of the local military registration and enlistment office, Alexander Zaborovsky, was fined a thousand rubles with a skinhead. This was reported by the Information and Analytical Center "Sova".

On March 27, the Zadonsky District Court found the man guilty of public demonstration of Nazi symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The demotivator, because of which he was brought to justice, was published on VKontakte on December 17, 2010.

Above were images of rock musicians who died early: Pantera's Dimeberg Darrell, Metallica's Cliff Burton, and Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. Beneath them were photographs of a man with his head in a urinal and a skinhead raising his hand in a Nazi salute. The latter was dressed in a T-shirt with the emblem of the SS Panzer Division Totenkopf and stood in front of a flag with a swastika. The demotivator was signed: “Why did God take them and why does the RED live??? …The God That Failed…”

Sova regards the persecution as unlawful, since the author of the demotivator contrasted the positive image of rock musicians with the negative images of neo-Nazis. “From our point of view, to punish under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses follows those who use Nazi symbols to promote the corresponding ideology, ”the experts noted.
