An activist detained at the court in Efremov with a poster in support of Masha Moskaleva was fined 50 thousand rubles

The Efremovsky Interdistrict Court of the Tula Region fined activist Lena Tarbaeva, who came from St. Petersburg to a meeting on restricting the parental rights of Alexei Moskalev, 50 thousand rubles. This was reported by the defender from OVD-Info, Evgeny Kurakin.

A protocol was drawn up against the activist for “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). According to OVD-Info, the activist was detained by eight security officers. After this, the girl was taken to the Efremovsky police station to draw up a report.
