In the north of Primorye, the legendary enterprise for the extraction and processing of tungsten is liquidated

One of the once largest enterprises in Primorye, the Lermontov GOK, on ​​which the tungsten was mined and processed, will close in a month. This city -forming enterprise is located in the village of Svetlogori in the very north of the region. The authorities, as many times before, promise to help employees in the device for other enterprises, people are traveling ... But there are good news: a new house of culture is being built in the village.

Svetliye - a village in the Pozharsky district of Primorye, not far from the neighboring Khabarovsk Territory. Now about 1,400 people live here, before it was more, but there was no work - there are no people.

The village was built in pair to the mining and processing plant, which began work in 1987. A third of all tungsten concentrates in Russia was mined on Lermontov GOK. Now, however, the media report that the tungsten has nowhere to sell (employees of the plant, however, can argue with this). In total, at the enterprise, according to the Federation of Trade Unions of the Territory, 140 employees, all of them are “in simple”, receive 2/3 of the average wage. And everyone will be fired on May 16. This is a planned process.

If the enterprise was able to survive even in the 90s, then the deed of assets in the “zero” killed him. In 2004, the Lermontovsky Mining Company went bankrupt, and the work stopped. But the team literally retained the GOK on its own. And in 2006, prey resumed already under the flag of the Criminal Code of the GMC Dalpolmetall, but not for long. The new owner, according to the employees of the enterprise, violated the processing technology on the Central’s career and did not even try to open other careers. The fact is that there are several deposits in the vicinity, it is necessary to conduct their reconnaissance, development. And this was known immediately, even during the construction of the GOK. Nobody did it.

In 2006, the property of the Lermontov GRK was put up for auction - and they made a deception that Dalpolmetall could not participate in it. But he was able to “Vist-Avo Center” (yes, car dealer)-spent on everything about all 104.9 million rubles. The then director of Anton Rodionov and his management style, old -timers are still remembered with an extreme degree of surprise.

Once again, the factory closed in 2008. But the regional authorities, represented by Governor Sergei Darkin, put out a fire with money: they allocated GOK employees two million rubles, and the company again changed the owners, becoming a branch of Russian Tolfram LLC, from which Rosnedra already took a license to develop a field.

Then a unprofitable enterprise with a light flair of endless problems did not find the owner.

In the summer of 2009, the team received notifications of the liquidation of the enterprise. It got to the point that the starving people sitting without a salary and literally decided to block the track (like the inhabitants of Pikalevo in the Leningrad Region, these events coincided, and perhaps that is why everything was decided quite quickly in the Svetlog. Then the enterprise was determined by the management company, Primteploenergo. And again they gave money. And even the northwest quarry was opened. The village and the factory were breathing in full chest. Soon they worked out a marginal loan of 300 million ...

And then again the ore began to end, and no one carried out reconnaissance. All this coincided with the fall of prices for tungsten against the backdrop of the global financial crisis, and in 2016 the company got up. The Primorye authorities under the leadership of Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky were allocated money and spoke with promises: how a bob factory and the production of fuel briquettes (not opened), the industrial park (no), the production of crushed stone for the Primavtorod (still not) will open on the GOK. There was also a bright idea to retrain GOK employees to manicure masters.

After that, all other coastal governors came to the Svetlogarya, they promised a lot, they even promised the people of a new investor, allegedly wanted to buy the GOK “Wolfram” from Krasnogorsk, it acquired a license for the tungsten ore deposit in Primorye.

“LLC Lermontovsky GOK, within the framework of the current license, began clearing and preparing the site for the extraction and transportation of ore Deluvius for further involving it in production. Laboratory tests have already been conducted. According to the Taiga Expedition, the reserve of balance ore is 72,012 tons, which will allow the company to work stably at least a year while maintaining jobs, ”the press service of the region said in February 2021. But

The enterprise was never brought to the breakdown. Huge debts have accumulated. And they cannot sell - there are no buyers.

The company decided to liquidate “with the provision of all social payments and the provision of workplaces to the dismissed employees in the Pozharsky municipal district and at other enterprises of the Primorsky Territory, taking into account their wishes” (quote from the Primteploenergo press release).

Meanwhile, as the regional Ministry of Culture reports, the “spacious building of the new House of Culture” is being built in the Svetlologiy. They promise to pass at the end of the year.

“The discovery of a new cultural institution,” rejoice in the government, “will make life in the village more interesting and diverse, will allow local residents to realize their creative hobbies.”
