An activist who came to support the Moskalev family was detained in Efremov

In the Efremov interdistrict court, activist Lena Tarbaeva was detained, who came from St. Petersburg to a meeting to restrict the parental rights of the person involved in the “anti-war case” Alexei Moskalev. Her friend told OVD-Info about this

The girl became ill while she was in the courthouse. The police tricked her into the street, saying they would call an ambulance. After this, according to eyewitnesses, Tarbaeva was detained by eight security officials.

After the arrest, the girl was brought to the Intermunicipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Efremovsky".

13:20 A report is being drawn up against Lena Tarbaeva under the article on discrediting the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). SOTAvision reports this from the police department. An ambulance was never called to the girl.

15:00 Police officers forcibly pushed those who came to support Tarbaeva out of the police department. No one is allowed inside, an eyewitness reports.

15:41 Tarbaeva was released from the police department, but in half an hour she will have a trial. Evgeniy Kurakin, a lawyer from OVD-Info, will represent her interests.

21:22 The Efremovsky Interdistrict Court of the Tula Region fined Lena Tarbaeva 50 thousand rubles under the article on discrediting the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by OVD-Info lawyer Evgeny Kurakin, who represented the girl’s interests in court.
