Since the beginning of his own regions of Russia - Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, and Voronezh - difficult days have come for the governors of the Russian regions. The regions that adopted a huge number of fighters and military equipment became corridors, according to which all this is transferred to the zone and vice versa. And in the border areas of the same Voronezh region-Kantemirovsky, Rossoshansky, Olkhovatsky, Bogucharsky-a real Brownian movement: someone goes “there”, someone returns “from there”, someone is defeating the ambulance “for Cordon”, someone is being taken and placed in border hospitals ...
In general, the load on the municipal infrastructure is colossal, and all areas, of course, help the military free of charge: they give equipment for the construction of field camps, conduct light, provide fuel. Well, the military thank how they can - they will demolish a traffic light in the city center with a tank, then they will kill a cable that feeds half a city, then they will completely break the road for a few days ...
The Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev regularly talks about how the region helps the participants in what cargo sends there, writes about volunteers, about volunteers, "taking weapons at the call of the heart."
It is clear that in short notes on the funeral of the participants of his own or the delivery of the deceased government awards to parents, the governor no longer appears - only district officials ... But during his Voronezh governor, the governor was often mentioned in the regional media controlled by various awards and thanks for active assistance in conducting his own.
At the very end of the autumn of 2022, a letter of thanks from the commander and fighters of the military unit formed in September 2022 from the residents of the Voronezh region came to the name of Alexander Gusev. The military thanked the governor and all the responsible regional authorities "for help in providing personnel with winter uniforms, shoes and other necessary things."
In December 2022, the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko, handed the Order of Friendship to the governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev. The description of this award says: "The Order of Friendship is awarded, including for special merits in strengthening peace and friendship between peoples."
In February 2023, Alexander Gusev received a letter with words of gratitude to the Voronezh company "Russian Field". The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, Ruslan Alkhanov, expressed gratitude to the Voronezh residents for supporting the Akhmat special forces and employees of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs and for humanitarian assistance provided by the fighters in the area of the special operation in the Lisichansk region.
The company "Russian Field" handed over to employees of the rear of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic in Lugansk more than 2.5 tons of humanitarian aid, including food and warm linen.
“We are deeply grateful to you, Alexander Viktorovich, for comprehensive support, which is extremely necessary at this difficult time for all participating in the hostilities to the defenders of our Fatherland,” wrote Ruslan Alkhanov.
And at the very beginning of March 2023, another award found her hero, who, by coincidence, was again the governor of the Voronezh region. The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu awarded him the medal "For Merit in the perpetuating of the memory of the dead defenders of the Fatherland."
Alexander Gusev then recalled that in the Voronezh region there is a program for the arrangement and restoration of military graves, and in the last three years only the region restored more than 70 sculptural compositions at the military-memorial facilities of the Voronezh region.
In the characteristics of the ministry, it was noted that Alexander Gusev “skillfully ensures coordination of the activities of state authorities” with colleagues-military colleagues.
