Bailiffs of the Korolyovsky City Court of the Moscow Region detained listener Irina Yatsenko, who refused to leave the courthouse after she was not allowed to attend a meeting on choosing a preventive measure for journalist Roman Ivanov. OVD-Info was informed about this by activist Evgeniy Kurakin near Moscow.
A protocol is drawn up against Yatsenko regarding failure to comply with the bailiff’s order (Part 2 of Article 17.3 of the Administrative Code).
The bailiffs allowed only Ivanov’s relatives and three journalists into the meeting, SOTA reports . The rest of the listeners were left at the door without explanation.
