Lawyer Timur Idalov was detained in Moscow in a criminal case under the article on the threat of violence against a representative of the authorities (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the telegram channel "For Human Rights".

In the morning, the man's house was searched. The Telegram channel writes that during it, the security forces behaved rudely: Idalov was pushed, because of which he fell, and the employees raised their voices at his wife and child. As part of the search, equipment was confiscated, including the telephone of the lawyer's wife.

The telegram channel VChK-OGPU, connected with the security forces , notes that the case against the lawyer was initiated because he allegedly made threats against the prosecutors during the trial.

This happened before the court session - then the lawyer represented the interests of the accused in the case of preparing a terrorist attack. According to Idalov, it was not him who was driving, but his personal driver.
