And there were two good news - in Kirov, the court canceled one “fake” sentence, and in Altai completely refused to consider the case and returned the materials to the prosecutor. Politician Alexei Navalny and historian Yuri Dmitriev again found themselves in the penalty tank. The arrest of a lawyer
The Presnensky court of Moscow sent a lawyer Timur Idalov to the pre -trial detention center on charges of a threat to the prosecutor for the phrase: “Are you, Commissioner Kattani? So they shot him. ” The prosecutor remembered this terrible danger seven months after what had happened and filed a statement to law enforcement agencies.
Early on the morning of April 12, the security forces broke home to Idalov, put his face on the floor, and merged information about his detention and a search in anonymous telegram channels. During the investigative actions, they behaved rudely.
According to the telegram channel “112” and “Caucasian Knot”*, the case was initiated under an article on the threat of violence against a representative of the authorities (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). The reason for initiating the case was the skirmish between the prosecutor and the lawyer during the process in the Nikulinsky court of Moscow on October 3, 2022:
Prosecutor: "We have a detail of the deposit of the accused, he traveled outside the region."
Lawyer Idalov: "Since when did the prosecutors become detectives?"
The prosecutor: "He [Idalov] was not enough in the military court, he would be shortened there and stopped here."
Lawyer Idalov: “Are you, commissioner Kattani? So they shot him. ”
The last phrase was the basis for initiating the case. Idalov himself explained that he was talking on emotions, but in no case threatened the prosecutor. Earlier, the lawyer collaborated with the movement “For Human Rights”* Leo Ponomarev* and acted in the courts as a defender in cases related to terrorism.
"Fakes" and "discrediting"
The Gorno-Altai City Court returned to the prosecutor’s office a criminal case of the military “fakes” (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) against journalist Sergei Mikhailov due to violations committed in indictment. In particular, the materials do not have a specific “place of committing a crime”.
The founder of the Altai newspaper "Listov" Mikhailov is charged with nine posts in the telegram channel of the publication and publication on the "List" website. In the posts of the telegram channel, it was about Mariupol.

The investigation could not establish where and from which device these publications were made. In addition, the investigation did not find evidence of the guilt of the journalist, but the prosecutor's office still approved the transfer of the case to the court.
Mikhailov denies his guilt, and the responsibility for these posts was taken by the editor -in -chief of the “leaflet” Viktor Rau, who left Russia. Despite the return of the case to the prosecutor's office, the court left the journalist in jail.

The Kirov Regional Court canceled the sentence in the criminal case of “fakes” against the conductor and composer Prokhor Protasov. The appellate court recognized that when making a final decision, significant violations of the law were made, “network freedoms” write . Protasov, living in Canada, was sentenced in absentia: in February he was appointed five years in a general regime colony. Later, the conductor was put on the wanted list.

The Investigative Committee on Crimea opened a criminal case against a resident of Sudak on repeated discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), reports the regional SK in its press release.

The Bar Chamber of St. Petersburg started two disciplinary cases against lawyer Yuri Novolodsky, who defends the artist Sasha Skochilenko in the case of the military "fakes". This was announced by lawyer Alexander Meleshko on Facebook. The trial is scheduled for April 20. On the same day, the next meeting with Skochilenko in court should take place.

Employees of the Mordovian IK-18 strict regime once again sent the historian and the head of the Karelian branch of Memorial **** Yuri Dmitriev in a schizo for 15 days.
