It is no coincidence that Fizhevs are worried about Ukraine: from there, his mother came from there, he spent a lot of time there, and for the past nine years he has been judged without a break for sympathy for this country. Not one generation of security forces in the seven -thousandth village of Kroma, where he lives, grew up in his poems, received stars, went to increase. Is there a joke: seven criminal cases. Nobody counted the number of administrators.

And now he is not threatening for four years in prison, as it was in other matters, but seven. And they will judge him in a military court.

“The reason for initiating the case was a poem, which, according to one of the wonderful experts in Bryansk, contains threats to the President of the Russian Federation,” explains Suchkov. - What is this poem, I can’t tell you, because as soon as I utter the name, this will be considered a distribution, and I will find myself in the same place as Alexander Mikhailovich. I can only say that, in my opinion, you need to have a rather rich imagination to see calls for terrorism there.

The lawyer refuses to provide an examination for the same reason - after all, it is scary to say there, the poem is contained entirely.

- I can only clarify: we do not deny that Alexander Formoshev wrote a poem for which he is going to judge in a military court. We deny that in this poem you can see anything. But he failed - he continued to write poetry and did not defy Ukraine. For this, in 2018, he was sentenced to another 330 hours of correctional labor - in a criminal case, already instituted for another poem. And between these sentences - there were two more:

One for verses, and the second “for the obstruction of justice”-due to comments by the press regarding his persecution.

Not all cases ended with sentences: there were also cessions for the lack of composition. But the case of terrorism will hardly be stopped.
