The court arrested a second teenager from a closed special school in Yekaterinburg in a case of sexualized violence

The Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg arrested a 15-year-old teenager suspected of sexualized violence against a 12-year-old student of the Yekaterinburg closed special school No. 124. This was reported by 66.ru with reference to the press service of the court.

During the arrest, the young man will be placed in the Kirovograd juvenile colony - according to the court’s press service, the teenager will stay there until at least June 11.

On April 14 , it became known that a 15-year-old boy was found in the suburbs of Yekaterinburg - in Sysert. During his arrest, he resisted the police and probably used a gas canister against the security forces. Another suspect in the case, a 16-year-old teenager, was also arrested by the court.

Previously, several Ural publications wrote about violence in a special school - Vechernie Vedomosti , 66.ru , E1.ru , EAN and Ural Mash . A 13-year-old pupil of the institution, who ran away from the boarding school to his mother in March, told reporters about what was happening in the institution.

As the teenager reported, an elderly physical education teacher held “comradely trials” among the students, at which children “for bad behavior” could “get dirty”, “stun” and “put down” their peers.

“There is a teacher who practices such punishments. The highest measure is to “shut down.” This is when they can piss on you, have anal or oral sex,” 66.ru quotes the teenager as saying . “The teacher said it, and the guys do it.” The teacher seems to have nothing to do with it. But everyone knows what's going on."

As the escaped pupil of the special school said, no violence was used against him. However, last fall, he was present at the rape of a 12-year-old boy, who was punished “for regularly deceiving teachers and peers.” According to the lawyer for the 13-year-old's family, "two older boys" aged 15 and 16 were involved in the violence.

An escapee from a boarding school claims that the school management knew about the incidents of violence. In addition, according to Mash, students have escaped from the boarding school before. One of them was caught and returned back by the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the department for juvenile affairs in the city of Asbest: “We said that they were beating us there. They didn’t listen to us, they said we were lying, and they took us back.”
