The Investigative Committee has charged a pre-trial detention center employee from the Moscow region who stabbed his girlfriend to death during an argument

The Investigative Committee has charged a 23-year-old resident of the Khimki urban district who stabbed his girlfriend to death during an argument. This was reported on the website of the department of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow region.

According to investigators, on April 15, the man and a 21-year-old girl were in the village of Podolino. A conflict arose between them, as a result of which he stabbed her several times. The victim died from her injuries. A resident of the Moscow region was detained, after which he was charged with murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code).

As writes Moskovsky Komsomolets , the detainee turned out to be an employee of the pre-trial detention center; the deceased studied at the police college. The girl died from a stab in the neck, which was inflicted on her during a conflict “due to a difficult relationship.”

“The couple had a difficult relationship - they came together and then diverged. According to relatives, recently the man who lived with his mother and grandmother was extremely aggressive,” the publication reported. After the conflict, the accused called his mother and told her: “I killed her, now I’ll go to jail.”
