The Novosibirsk Regional Court approved a fine under the article on calls for separatism (part 2 of article 20.3.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), assigned to the ex-head of the Union of Ukrainians of Siberia Serhiy Ivashchenko. This is reported by Siberia.Realities.
Earlier, the man was fined 70 thousand rubles because of the tweets “Siberia must throw off the shackles of shameful (shameful) colonial dependence on Muscovy!” and “Siberia must be independent!!! Glory to Siberia!
In March 2022, Ivashchenko was fined 1,000 rubles under the article on non-compliance with measures in case of coronavirus (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to a single anti-war picket, which he held on February 25.
