"Gulag.net": two ex-commanders of the Wagner PMC told about the murders of children

The Gulagu.net project published a video in which two people who call themselves former prisoners who fought in Ukraine as part of the Wagner PMC and subsequently pardoned by the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, claim that they were witnesses and accomplices of numerous war crimes.

Azamat Uldarov and Alexei Savichev "Gulag.net" calls the ex-commanders of the Vagner PMC units. It is argued that decrees on their pardon were signed in August and September last year.

Both of them tell in the video about the massacres of prisoners, including the wounded, as well as the fighters of the Wagner PMC who refused to fight, about the murders of civilians, including children and adolescents, during the storm of Bakhmut. In particular, Savichev claims that, by order of higher commanders, he threw a hole filled with grenades, filled with killed and wounded Ukrainians and Russians, and also claims that he was a witness to the murder of more than 20 children. Uldarov says that he personally killed a five -year -old girl in Soledar. Both claim that allegedly personally the founder of PMC Evgeny Prigozhin gave orders for executions.

There are no confirmations of the words of people who appear in the published "gulag.n" video, from other sources. Uldarov on the video is obviously intoxicated.

Fighters of the Russian army and other armed groups, including Wagner PMCs, are accused of the murders and torture of civilians and other acts with signs of war crimes or crimes against humanity. The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said on Monday that in recent months his office received dozens of video murders of Ukrainian military soldiers.

A great resonance was also caused by a video with the alleged murder of a sledgehammer by the former fighter of the Wagner PMC Evgeny Nuzhin. At the same time, earlier Ukrainian sources did not report those cases that Uldarov and Savichev talk about.

The founder of "Gulag.net" Vladimir Osechkin claims that both of them are in Russia and are not under anyone's influence.

The publication was commented by the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andrei Ermak. From his comment it follows that he considers statements on the video genuine. In his opinion, the video "sheds light on the crimes of the Russian army in Ukraine."

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine on Monday, in the evening of Monday, announced that the investigation under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war in connection with the publication of the Gulag. NOT. The suspects of the case were called the head of the PMC Wagner and the head of one of its units, their names are not indicated.

Evgeny Prigozhin in the commentary , which was published by his press service, said that allegations of the executions of children and civilians are not true. At the same time, he did not confirm and did not deny that Uldarov and Savichev were mercenaries of the Wagner PMC.
