Russian literary online services forced the Kazakhstan writer Margot Erwand to withdraw from the sale of one of his books because of the secondary character-geya. She received a letter from the publishing house demanding to check her works for the presence of the content banned in the Russian Federation after the adoption of the Russian Law on LGBT Propagand in November 2022.
The author from Kazakhstan ignored this requirement, but in early March she received a second letter from the Russian publisher. According to him, the neural network found the content banned from publishing in one of the works of Erwand.
The Russian publishing house suggested that the author of Kazakhstan bring to the text of the edit: either cut the character from the plot, or change his sexual preferences. Director Arthur Aristakisyan was detained at the Moscow Airport of Vnukovo. The director was supposed to fly to Istanbul on vacation, but after passport control, law enforcement officers were taken away and took him to the police department in the Russian Air Force in the Bogovaya district. The acquaintances of Aristahisyan suggested that what was happening could be due to his posts against the “special operation”.
As the director himself later said , the conversation with the police really began with questions about Ukraine, and he once again confirmed his sharply negative attitude towards the events that took place there, then law enforcement officers showed him a denunciation where the Stalinist blogger Sergei Kolyasnikov accused him of allegedly forced students to participate in his lectures by naked, giving a link to 15-second videos. Aristakisyan explained that on a video that got into telegram-a fragment of a lecture that he gave by Zoom, and the girl in the frame is not a student at all, but a 32-year-old model and actress Anna Kharlamova. Kharlamov herself was shocked by how what was happening at the lecture was presented by a scammer, adding:
“There is nothing close there about sex. There is more about the pain of humanity. Nudity has nothing to do with it. After all, I am a Jewish, there is about pain. ”
Journalists and Aristakisyan himself suggest that this is generally associated with pressure on the Moscow International University, a number of teachers of which expressed their "anti -spokeship" point of view, and the university itself did not take part in the agitation or justification of the actions of the authorities.
After interrogation, the director was released from the police. Whether the criminal proceedings were instituted in connection with the MMU and whether the security forces of other employees of the university or film school interrogated, it is not known.

" The platform asked to remove the mention of the artist Sasha Skochilenko, who was arrested in the case of the “fakes about the army”, explaining such a demand “an attempt to protect the writer from fines”.
In the book of Masha Pushkin, the stories of eight people with a bipolar disorder are collected - including Sasha Skochilenko. One of the fragments shows a quote from the artist that she lives with a girl and wants to marry her. Probably, the requirements to delete an excerpt from the service are related to the Law on LGBT Propagand .

The proposal to deprive her of real estate in Russia and such as her traitors, in my opinion, deserves public discussion for making legislative and regulatory decisions. ”

The case was considered by the Khoroshevsky district court of the city of Moscow. The administrative case was terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations (investigators recorded the violation in May last year, missing the three -month period of the statute of limitations for liability).
The publication on the social network is not deleted, but access to it is limited:

According to the same decision, several more resources have been subjected to blocking, four of which are still in the registry in the forbidden information, including two links from Sigma - this is the publication where researchers, artists, small publishers and cultural institutions publish their materials. Two other links also talk about the obstruction of the “special operations”, only set forth by Ukrainians.

While the trend remains the same - the persecution for the "discredit" of the army or "fakes" about it. After the adoption of the Law on Electronic A summons, human rights activists from the “network freedoms” warned that the call to evasion could also be a reason for holding accountable, therefore it would be quite expected if such statements are also added to our new Daijas.
