“Frankly, this is outdated equipment,” said the governor.

He added that the city does not have enough new passing shields, and the land for the construction of a new depot in the Primorsky district is in private property.

“They sold this land! She is in private hands. There is no depot - there is no metro, the depot cannot work. Three stations hang around us. We are now conducting tough negotiations with the owners of this land so that the city takes. Because we cannot develop the metro without a depot.
