How is the consultation

We advise in Zoom, in Russian. The duration of the consultation is from 30 to 60 minutes. To obtain oral consultations, you must have a computer or phone with working headphones and a microphone with the installed ZOOM program. A device with a wide screen (laptop, tablet, stationary computer) is preferable.

Privacy and protection of sensitive information

All consultations of the greenhouse are subject to the protection of personal and sensitive information. The entire content of the consultation remains between you and the consultant. The information that remains in the greenhouse system: the consultation date, the name (without surname) consulted, contact address, general category of consultation.
