How to eliminate critics without the participation of a killer. Ramzan Kadyrov recipe

Last week, the administrator of the popular Chechen telegram channel “Adat” Ibrahim Yangulbaev unexpectedly told his YouTube channel that the well-known critics of the Chechen authorities-bloggers Hassan Khalitov and Tumso Abdurahmanov-received money from Ramzan Kadyrov. This money allegedly transferred to them (transferred in cryptocurrency) the intermediary Kadyrov, who was living in Austria, is a certain Bashir Albogachiev.

Ibrahim Yangulbaev published voice messages that Albogachiev exchanged with Khalitov and Abdurahmanov. As follows from these messages, both of them believed that they were participating in the deceit of Ramzan Kadyrov, who allegedly ordered and paid their murder. Take money and simulate your own death as a result of a successful “attempt” - this was the idea. For the imitation of the murder, as well as for the subsequent termination of their blogger activities, Khalites and Abdurakhmanov, as follows from their voice messages, requested from Albogachiev and received from 600 thousand (Halites) to 1 million 100 thousand dollars (Abdurahmanov). In addition, Ibrahim Yangulbaev admitted that he also received $ 50,000 from the intermediary Kadyrov for confirming knowingly false information about the murder of Tumso Abdurahmanov.

In response to the accusations expressed by Yangulbaev, Tumso Abdurakhmanov made his own statement, in which, in fact, he accused the Adat channel of corruption and cooperation with the Chechen authorities. At the same time, the fact of receiving money from the intermediary Ramzan Kadyrov for a staging of an attempt on himself did not deny.

From these public speeches of bloggers it directly follows that in the very relatively monolithic community of critics of the Chechen authorities there was a serious split, and Ramzan Kadyrov’s money was effectively aggravated, finally turning yesterday's colleagues and allies into the worst enemies.

In addition, the analysis of these statements suggests that in reality no one was going to “order” eminent bloggers.

Instead, there was a successful provocation, the victim of which was the most influential critics of Ramzan Kadyrov.

Khalitov

From the story of Ibrahim Yangulbaev, it follows that the Chechen Hasan Khalitov, living in Turkey, succumbed to the provocation. He is known for openly criticized Kadyrov and his minions, as well as

With the help of immigrants from the Chechen diaspora, he tracked the Chechen security officials and officials in Turkey and forced them either to leave the country or publicly brand the Chechen authorities.

Last fall, Hassan Khalitov got into a Turkish migration prison. It was there that Bashir Albogachiev came to him. He told Khalitov that the Chechen authorities allegedly opened a tender for his murder, and three residents of Ingushetia performed “contractors”, that is, killers. Albogachiev himself called himself an intermediary in the organization of the murder.

Albogachiev invited Khalitov to simulate his death and thus earn a part of the money that Kadyrov allegedly promised to the intermediary and the killer. This proposal included two mandatory conditions:

• Khalov imitates his death to Kadyrov’s birthday,

• Khalitov completely disappears from public radars, that is, stops his blogger activity indefinitely.

As follows from the voice messages of Khalitov himself, he agreed to this offer for 600 thousand dollars. When they entered his cryptocurcation, he spoke his poisoning right in prison and sent Albogachiev the video confirming his “death”.

On October 5, the Association of Assistance to Chechen Refugees in Europe “Weyfond” distributed on Twitter a message about the death of Khalitov, and then refuted it, but in such a way that the readers no longer doubted: something happened to Khalitov.

The reporting of the murder of Khalitov was picked up by the Chechen social networks, they echoed (or played along?) The Kadyrovites, who published in their accounts the photographs of Khalitov crossed out by the Red Line with the signature “Prevented”. Khalitov’s colleagues, administering his channel, asked not to spread rumors, but did not refute his death directly. Khalitov’s wife confirmed the few media, illuminating this topic (unlike Tumso Adburakhmanov, the name of Khalitov to most Russian media does not say anything), which allegedly cannot contact her husband. The most influential Chechen blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov, as follows from his own voice messages, now published by Ibrahim Yangulbaev, knew that Khalitov was alive, but then he said: he said:

“I still cannot but confirm not to refute disturbing rumors. Let's just pray and monitor the updates on the channel of Hassan Khalitov, I think it is there that we will be informed of truthful and reliable information ”( spelling and punctuation of the original. - E. M. ).

Administrators of the Adat Telegram channel, which is considered one of the main sources of Chechen news, were well aware that the Halites were alive and healthy. But instead of refuting rumors, “Adat” generally ignored the topic of an allegedly successful attempt on one of Kadyrov’s most striking critics.

From October 5, Khalitov himself stopped engaged in any blogger activities and criticize Kadyrov.

The question involuntarily arises: if so many people know that the “attempt” on Khalitov is a rally, what chance, that Ramzan Kadyrov, who allegedly ordered a blogger, will not know about it?

Our source in the FSB confirmed that “an official of this level to verify information about a citizen of Russia in Turkey is not difficult, including through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Relations with Turkey at the moment quite allow you to do this. ”

In addition, neither the Turkish intelligence agencies nor the Turkish authorities have made a way about the “liquidation” of Khalitov, although custom -made murders on their territory are usually promoted, either painfully and publicly react to them.

I must say, the head of Chechnya repeatedly faced the attempts of scammers to inflate him. The consequences for such daredevils were very sad. In the best case, they were shone with a long -term game of hide and seek, but, as a rule, the punishing hand of Kadyrov still overtook them sooner or later.

But Bashir Albogachiev, hiding from the Chechen authorities with the Halitov’s death received from the staging of the death of Khalitov, did not even think.

Moreover! He decided to deceive Kadyrov again and for more money. At least this is how he said to the most popular Chechen blogger - Tumso Abdurahmanov. And he believed him.

"Voice of Cetaches"

From the statement of Tumso himself, who followed in response to the exposure of Ibrahim Yangulbaev, it follows that the intermediary of Kadyrov - all the same Bashir Albogachiev - contacted him in the fall of last year and said that Kadyrov allegedly announced the multi -year “tender” for the murder of an influential blogger.

Like Khalitov, Albogachiev invited Abdurahmanov to simulate an attempt on himself and stop for a while (this was necessary to confirm the legend of his own death) his blogger activity. In return, he promised to pay Tumso part of the "killer fee" allegedly received from Kadyrov.

The guarantor that Albogachiev would really pay, Hassan Khalitov spoke, confirming Tumso in a personal conversation that Bashira can be trusted.

As follows from the words of Abdurahmanov himself, he believed that the Chechen authorities allegedly ordered and paid for his murder. But I doubt the sincerity of Tumso. The fact is that he and his brother have repeatedly encountered real killers directed from Chechnya. They always turned to the police of Sweden or Germany, which provided the brothers asylum and protection. However, this time Tumso did not even occur to the Swedish police Bashir Albogachiev, who, by the way, is not at all in Chechnya, but in Austria!

I believe that the temptation of the large and easy money that had already drunk Khalitov overpowered Abdurahmanov’s usually well -functioning logic, and he agreed to a dubious proposal to make a video with an imitation of an attack on himself.

But he said that he would completely stop his blogger and public activity for only a month and a half. As a result, he did not conduct his accounts in social networks for almost three months.

I must say that just at that time Tumso Abdurahmanov announced the creation of the Political Party “Voice of the Cetaches” in Europe, the purpose of which was declared “the true struggle for the independence of Chechnya”.

The Party of Abdurahmanova was born from an acute conflict of "old" and "new" European Ichkeria residents. The former in Europe is headed by Ahmed Zakaev, who fought in both Russian-Chechen wars and entered the government of independent Ichkeria. Since 2007, Ahmed Zakaev has been considered in Europe the Prime Minister of the Ichkeria government in exile. For many years, Ramzan Kadyrov calls Ahmed Zakayev his sworn political enemy, but apparently, the new generation of the European Ichkeria residents, who really want political influence, believes. Actually, it is for this purpose

Abdurakhmanov proclaimed the creation of his own political party. On November 4, he pompously presented her, and then received a profitable proposal from Albogachiev and put a fat cross on his own political initiative.

As a result, the Party “Voice of the Cetaches” did not last even one month, since on November 30 its creator stopped in touch, and rumors about his murder began to spread on social networks.

"There is no honor"

Unlike Khalitov, whose “death” was not very shocked even by Chechen society, rumors about the murder of Tumso Abdurahmanov became a shock for so many people in Russia. However, several days passed - and the first public doubts appeared. Something was wrong.

• Firstly, there were no official confirmations from the Swedish authorities or the police, under the protection of which Tumso is located.

• Secondly, there was no physical evidence of the death of a blogger.

• Thirdly, the relatives of Tumso were silent, even his brother, who lives in Germany and leads the Vaifond branch there.

According to Tumso himself, he only agreed to take a video of staging an assassination attempt on himself and sending him Kadyrov, but refused to help Albogachieva with the public distribution of information confirming his imaginary death, explaining this:

"I am ready to deceive Kadyrov, but is not ready to deceive people." The logic is very dubious, since the victims of this deception were just the subscribers of Tumso, not Kadyrov.

Due to the persistence of Abdurahmanov, the operation with his “murder” was on the verge of a breakdown, and then Albogachiev turned to the administrators of the Adat Telegram channel-the brothers Ibrahim and Baysangur Yangulbaev* (they confirm this fact themselves).

It must be clearly understood that Yangulbaev, as follows from their statements, from the very beginning they knew that there was no attempt on Abdurahmanov or Khalitov in principle. And the details of this scam (how much money received for the staging of their own death Khalitov and Abdurakhmanov), Albogachiev himself eagerly said. And he suggested, in fact, to participate in this deception - to publish a post confirming the death of Tumso. Of course, not free.

I must say that Albogachiev had no doubt that, having addressed this request to Yangulbaev, he would not meet the refusal.

Last fall, a Chechen account appeared in Telegram, the name of which is the editors of Novaya Gazeta for ethical reasons does not consider it necessary to publish. The administrators of this channel post a video on it with naked Chechen men. It is quite obvious that the channel administrators received compromising surveys directly from the sexual partners of these men (and the partners were clearly not women). But more important is another. Corprinting videos on this account are used for blackmail. And the channel administrators do not hide this at all.

For seed, they first post a photo of the next victim, then in direct text here, in the channel, they offer her to buy her video block for half a million rubles. If the “hero” of the next revelation does not react to blackmail, then the attackers are already posting a video for which in Chechnya it is quite possible to rattle in a secret prison, and even run into extrajudicial execution.

(However, we must pay tribute to the humanism of Kadyrov: so far none of those who have been on this telegram channel have been detained).

This account was the first to advertise on their “Adat” channel precisely the Brothers Yangulbaev. We do not know for sure whether they are administrators of this channel, but we have evidence that they can affect the placement and removal of content on it.

Apparently, the Kadyrovites have similar suspicions, since the conversations that Yangulbaevs are engaged in blackmail are actively circulating in the Chechen community. That is why, I think, with a request to place Fake-Nessa about the “death” of Tumso Abdurakhmanov, Kadyrovites turned to the Yangulbaev brothers, believing that they would make anything more or less serious money. And in general they were right: after short bidding Yangulbaev and Albogachiev, they conspired at 50 thousand dollars.

On December 4, a photo of Tumso Abdurahmanov appeared on the Adat with the following text:

“Regarding the latest events about Tumso Abdurakhmanov, how difficult it would not have been not to recognize what happened to us, to the great regret, the rumors of his death turned out to be truthful.

For several days we conducted our internal investigation about the murder of Tumso. At first, we could not believe in what happened, but at this stage we, as Allah Almighty wished, we have enough information confirming his death, and his brother, Muhammad, was hidden by the special services.

Our material, obtained by the will of Allah through our network of informants from Europe and Chechnya, we cannot publish for the purpose of our own security and for the sake of informants.

Tumso was shot at night by a group of people and at the moment the details of the murder are being clarified.

We are deeply saddened by this news and bring condolences to the relatives of Tumso Abdurahmanov, let Allah forgive him his sins "

It was after this post of Adata that the news of the death of Tumso spread widely through the Russian media.

But there is another small detail that personally affects me the most.

Given the history of Tumso Abdurakhmanov and his Antikadirov activity, only employees of the Grozny CHGTRK could “guess” about the personality of the customer. The rest, in theory, should not have had a shadow of doubt about who is the only beneficiary of Abdurahmanov’s death.

But no!

When the director of the Grozny CGTRK, I believe, for the sake of jokes, on the social network, the version of the involvement of Ahmed Zakayev, it was pleased to be picked up by Chechen Opposition channels, and from their presentation and readers. Moreover, especially those Chechen bloggers who knew exactly that Adburakhmanov was more alive than all living things.

I'm afraid that Tumso himself had a hand in the spread of these rumors. It came to the point that not Kadyrov, but Zakaev (!) He was forced to comment on the absurd accusations and refute the rumors of the death of Tumso.

Having died, you can’t resurrect

Meanwhile, Bashir Albogachiev threw new networks. So, he suggested that several Chechen bloggers crank a similar scam, that is, to die, and really shut up.

In order for this to work, Albogachiev was needed that Tumso pretended to be dead as long as possible (that is, not show any activity in social networks). Tumso, as follows from the correspondence with Albogachiev, which was published by Adat, in turn, realized that this could still be earned,

And he began to ask for every step to prolong his “non -being” more and more money. As a result, instead of the originally agreed for a month and a half, Tumso was attached to the dead twice as long.

Meanwhile, Albogachiev tried to “interest” the Chechen blogger Islam Belokiev, who was living in Europe, who, however, felt a catch. They received a similar proposal to Yangulbaev, but, as they themselves say, they were frightened, because Albogachiev insisted that they should come and stage their death in Ukraine, otherwise Kadyrov would not believe. When Albogachiev was abandoned by other Chechen bloggers to his proposal, he disappeared from the connection and did not offer any money anymore. Then Tumso Abdurakhmanov decided that it was time to finally “resurrect”.

А 21 февраля уже сам Тумсо разместил видеоролик на своем YouTube-канале, в котором не сказал изумленной публике ни слова о том, где пропадал все это время. Не знаю, как остальные, но лично я почувствовала себя в тот момент форменной идиоткой. Подробности этой аферы уже не были секретом, так как их начали сливать кадыровцы, но хотелось получить объяснения от самого Тумсо.

Однако вот что удивительно. За более чем полтора месяца с момента своего «явления народу» Тумсо не сказал и не сделал больше ничего стоящего, как будто кто-то действительно убил весь его блогерский талант.

Его посты теперь представляют собой сплошные намеки, недосказанности и недомолвки. Ощущение такое, что Абдурахманов отныне говорит только с одним своим читателем — Рамзаном Кадыровым. Но последнему, судя по всему, глубоко плевать на «воскресшего» блогера.

Зато не плевать подельникам — братьям Янгулбаевым из «Адата». Они прекрасно понимали, что означали загадочные видеоролики со шведскими мусорными контейнерами, которые Тумсо упорно постил на своем YouTube-канале с призывом «расскажи про это место, Кадыров!». Дело в том, что именно на их фоне и было снято видео фейкового покушения, совершенного в то время, когда Абдурахманов якобы выносил мусор. Эту запись Тумсо отправил Албогачиеву для передачи Кадырову.

Янгулбаевы понимали, что Тумсо вот-вот представит собственную версию событий, и «Адат» со своим «некрологом» по «убиенному» Адбурахманову будет выглядеть, мягко говоря, странно. И тогда они решили перехватить инициативу и представить свою версию событий. А заодно и увеличить собственную аудиторию.

В итоге, чтобы обелить себя, Янгулбаевы обвинили Абдурахманова и Халитова в том, что кадыровцы купили их молчание. Тумсо в ответ обвинил администраторов «Адата» в том, что они сливают данные о своих коллегах и информаторах чеченским властям и не брезгуют брать у последних деньги за ложные посты.

Главе Чечни оставалось только сидеть в первом ряду и аплодировать тому, как убедительно его критики на глазах изумленной публики превратились в клоунов.

Собственно, в этой истории позитивен только один факт: может быть, впервые в истории враги Кадырова были нейтрализованы без участия реальных киллеров.

И это не так уж и мало, учитывая, что сегодня нам и без того хватает трупов.
