Families of military personnel, posthumously awarded the orders of courage, have to deal with officials for payments

In the Urals, a strange situation has developed with a one -time payment to relatives of military personnel who died in Ukraine during their own and awarded the Order of Courage - you have to wait for the money for months.

“Not even a year has passed since the family of the participant in the courage of the participant from Pervouralsk, which was posthumously awarded by the Order of the Law, finally received the payment laid down by law,” wrote Unicorn Maxim Ivanov, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. - This is a shameful situation. The hero died in July. In September, he was posthumously awarded. But due to the inaction of the responsible persons, the decision to grant the family to pay for the Order of Courage in indecently for a long time. So indecent that at the end of March I had to connect to the case with the military prosecutor's office. As a result, the responsible persons stirred as it should. ”

A resident of the village of Kolyutkino, Beloyarsky district of the Sverdlovsk region faced the same situation : for almost a year she could not receive a payment for the Order of Courage, which her 20-year-old son was posthumously awarded. The Marine Corchinet Artem Urazaev died on March 21, 2022 near Kiev. According to the media, Artem died, closing the commander, for which he was awarded posthumously.

“Artem died on March 21, he was immediately presented to the award,” Yan Galina Malkova, the mother of the deceased, told the agency. - But the body was not brought right away: from Rostov they reported that the Ordersonians were buried with the award, so we must wait for the order to bring. As a result, the order was never brought, and we buried Artem on April 12. The order was brought and handed me only in May, but without documents. Documents were sent only in September. ”

According to Malkova, her son served under a contract. The woman called to the headquarters of the unit, where she was told that all the documents were prepared and sent, on September 21 it would be six months from the date of the death of Artem, and on October 21 she will receive money.

Later, Malkova said that "there is no money for order payments in the budget." In the Sverdlovsk military registration and enlistment office of the mother of the deceased fighter, they also advised to wait for the money to appear.

After the intervention of United Russia and the military prosecutor's office, the woman finally received the promised payment-the money was found in the budget.

I note that many of those who nevertheless received money for the order were disappointed with the amount of payment-it was much less than the one that the recipients were counting on. In accordance with the legislation, a one -time payment for the award is equal to five salaries of monthly monetary maintenance of a soldier. At the same time, the salary of monthly content includes only two components: a salary in position and a salary in rank. All other additional payments included in the monthly monetary allowance are not taken into account, therefore, the expected amount may be seriously different from the actually accrued.

The maximum size of the monthly content of the junior sergeant is approximately 25 thousand rubles. Accordingly, the total payment should be 125 thousand.
