The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under the article on a terrorist attack after a drone attack on the residence of President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin, the press service of the department reports.
“According to the instructions of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in connection with an attempt by the Kiev regime to strike with unmanned aerial vehicles at the Kremlin residence of the President of the Russian Federation,” the statement says.
According to the agency, two drones were involved in the attack. They were put out of action with the help of radar warfare systems, the press service reports.
