The administrator of the public page “She fell apart” is not receiving medical care in the pre-trial detention center

Felix Eliseev, the administrator of the “She fell apart” public page and a defendant in the case under the article on justification of terrorism, said that his health has deteriorated in the pre-trial detention center, where he is not receiving medical care. Information about this was conveyed to OVD-Info by the founder of the public, Evgeniy Buzev.

According to Eliseev, he spent three and a half months in a cell with high humidity, fungus and mold on the walls, which is why he developed a cough. On April 14, he was transferred to another cell, but was not provided with medical assistance.

The person involved in the case also said that in the pre-trial detention center there were interruptions in heating in the winter, so sometimes they slept in jackets and hats. Eliseev also clarified that from February 1 to February 11 he was in a punishment cell due to a violation of internal regulations.

Felix Eliseev has been in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in the Lipetsk region since the end of 2022: then a case was opened against him under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code due to publications in the telegram channel “Kalkhoz Madness” (the spelling of the channel name has been preserved).

On April 28, there was another case against Eliseev - under the same article and due to publication in the same channel. According to journalists, the reason was the recording “And the Ukrainians are great, they fucked up the oil depot in Belgorod, it’s a pity not about Moscow. It’s good to beat the aggressor on its territory; the bombing of Berlin by Soviet aircraft in August 1941 immediately comes to mind.”
