
In St. Petersburg, adolescents suspected of killing a schoolgirl were detained. This was reported by the press service of the city department of the SK.
The detainees are a young man of 16 years old and a 15-year-old girl. According to investigators, the suspects decided without any motive for their own self-affirmation to commit a murder-and chose a 13-year-old seventh grader as a victim. They in advance found the place of murder in the forest next to the village of Pargolovo and dug up a hole there for burial.
According to the investigation, on April 30, the suspects invited the schoolgirl "to the picnic." There, the young man inflicted several blows to the girl with a hammer on the head. After that, the accomplices of the crime placed the body in the pit and from the phone of the girl wrote her mother to lie about the whereabouts of the child.
The mother of the missing girl turned to the police. The security forces reached two teenagers, after which the 16-year-old suspect gave a confession and led the investigators to the place where he left the body, reported in the UK.
According to Mash on the Moika, which was the first to report the circumstances of the crime, the adolescents have a stream of murder. They allegedly invited the victim to “give an interview in an unusual place,” during the shooting they asked a few questions, during the interview the young man crept up to the girl and hit her with a hammer on the head at least ten times.
The case was opened under the article on the murder of a young man (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This article involves punishment up to life imprisonment, however, for minors, the term of conclusion under Russian law cannot exceed ten years.
