According to Kommersant, customers of the Woosh electric scooter rental service also faced problems. Yandex said that the failure affected all services "from navigation applications to fitness bracelets."

The Baza Telegram channel claims that Moscow police officers were told that the GPS location change would be activated during the preparations for the Victory Parade.

Reports of failures in the operation of GPS services began to appear after two drones attacked the Kremlin residence of Vladimir Putin on the night of May 3. One of which exploded over the dome of the Senate Palace.
