The director Zhenya Berkovich and playwright Svetlana Petriychuk, sent on May 5 to the Dyzovo by the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow, almost for the first time in the history of Russian, and world jurisprudence/forensics, a certain “destructive examination” was included. The corresponding science was recently invented by a professor at the Moscow State Linguistic University (MGLU) Roman Anatolyevich Silanthev, who heads the only “Destructure Laboratory” in the world (created in 2019).

According to the self -irony recognition of the professor, every full -fledged doctor of sciences dreams of inventing his science. And in the era, when humanitarian knowledge in Russia again merges with propaganda and is used for repression, “destructology” can become a queen of sciences.

“Destructology” is the science of the Orwell cycle, which is well developing flexibility of thinking. Her founding father has been heading the “human rights center” of the World Russian People’s Cathedral (VRNS), which is patronized by the POCC, where “human rights activity” plays with such unexpected colors that it is unrealistic to understand them without knowledge of the Orwell ALLOSK.

To begin with, different democratic values ​​to which human rights activists are appealing to us in the “human rights center” of VRNS are taboo - the Russian people, on the contrary, need protection from these values. Of course, first of all, from LGBT: a few years ago, Silantyev called on Roskomnadzor to check the Bock Film Festival - and the overseeing organ blocked all the sites related to it. Moreover, Silantyev demanded an apology from the Moscow Ombudsman Tatyana Poseeva, who dared to recognize the right of “sexual minorities” for the festival.

When in July 2020, YouTube blocked the channels of the radical project Konstantin Malofeev “Tsargrad”, the “human rights center” rushed to protect the confessional close entrepreneur. The main argument - Russia should not fulfill international legal acts that contradict its laws and interests. In fact, Silantyev called (two years before it became fashionable) to block the entire YouTube in the Russian Federation for violating the requirements for storage of hosting data in Russia.

The legal assessment of works of art is usually very subjective and depends not so much on the court and the investigator as on experts.

Attempts by lawyers Berkovich and Petriychuk to show that “destructology” is not recognized by science, and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation do not provide for “destructive examinations”, and were suppressed by the court. Satisfying other defense petitions, the court categorically rejected attempts to challenge the “destructive”.

The expert opinion presented to the court on 125 sheets was written in one day.

Berkovich and Petriychuk are suspected by the “terrorist” article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (up to seven years of imprisonment) because of the play “Finist Yasny Sokol” dedicated to Russian girls who became the wives of ISIS militants (recognized as terrorist and prohibited in the Russian Federation). Silantyev and Hizrieva saw in the play not only the idealization of ISIS and its contrast to Russian society, but also the signs of feminism, incompatible with the traditional Russian “Androcentrism” (ἀνδρός-Greek “man”).

So, contrary to the Constitution and the laws of the Russian Federation, experts proclaim the principle of dominance of men as something granted and self -evident for Russian culture.

If such an approach receives support at the top, then the next science that Silantyev will invent, and the androcentrology may well become!

Career mystery

In the official biography of Roman Silantyev, there is a significant gap. The future father of Destructology was born in Moscow in 1977, since 1994 he studied at the Faculty of Faculty of Moscow State University. Even before graduation, in 1998, without any church background, he was hired by Metropolitan Kirill to work in the department of external church ties of the Moscow Patriarchate (MPC MP), three years later he became the executive secretary of the inter-religious council of Russia, and then the secretary-coordinator of the inter-religious Council of the CIS.

Very responsible posts for a 24-year-old young man, given the meaning that the Russian Orthodox Church then attached to its inter-religious projects in the post-Soviet space.

The current Patriarch not only gave an impetus to the swift career of Silantyev, but also supported his ward in the future. The radical anti -Muslim rhetoric (about this below) cost Silantyev’s posts in the inter -religious councils, in exchange for which he headed the “human rights center” of the World Russian People’s Cathedral (the head of the cathedral - the same Cyril) and entered the expert council for conducting state religious examination under the minista, on the verdicts of which the registration of religious organizations in the Russian Federation depends. As a doctor of sciences, Silantyev sits in the council of the highest certification commission on theology - after its recognition by secular science.

Having gained academic weight, Silantyev realized that he was crowded in a religious topic, there was a need to push the framework:

“Our citizens die and lose their property not only due to the activities of extremists and terrorists. Destructive subcultures, suicidal games and hobbies, sects, magicians and pseudo -centers, psychocults and medical dissidents are caused by the noble damage. The goal of “destructology” is “state”: “to increase the level of national security and minimize the involvement of citizens in destructive organizations.” And the list of such organizations will be the “Laboratory of Destructology”.

Kill the Wahhabis and blacken the mufti

“It is necessary to sharply tighten the legislation and stop thinking that you can solve something peacefully and contracts. You just need to destroy them. As we killed the Nazis, it is necessary to kill the Wahhabis, ”Silantyev made such an appeal back in 2016.

“Islamic studies” was his first specialization, and the leaders of Russian Muslims remember this with horror. Silantyev estimated the number of radical Muslims in Russia at 700 thousand, in addition to the “Higher Mean”, he proposed to imprison them, displace abroad or introduction to preventive lists. One of the depressed, in the past, the leader of the National Organization of Russian Muslims, and now Dr. Karlov University in Prague Vadim-Kharun Sidorov, told the “new” as the father of “destructive” made his way from the Orthodox marginals to experts “defining a repressive policy regarding the dissenters.” “The Muslim community underestimated the threat emanating from this person and people like him,” says Sidorov, “but the holiday was on their street, and they reached the expert hegemony.”

To make the security forces easier to identify the “Wahhabis”, Silantyev came up with a rather uncomplicated definition of how to separate the sheep from the goats:

“For Russia, Islam is traditional, which is loyal to the state when its representatives are ready to fight for their country, even waging a war with co -religionists. An important role here is played by respect for the Orthodox majority. ” Religion in this representation is reduced to a purely political instrument that serves either “us” or “our enemies”.

The first monograph by the current professor - “The latest history of the Islamic community of Russia” (M., 2005) - undermined both traditional Islamic approaches and the author’s relationship with the Islamic ummah. Silantyev wrote a detective-journalistic study in the style of "compromat.ru". If I may say so, he “introduced various kinds of gossip and the details of the private life of the Islamic leaders of Russia, with whom for several years shoulder to shoulder, he worked in an inter -religious council. Youth maximalism or bad education? But access to many information that has entered the monograph can only be obtained operational.

• The Islamic philosopher Heydar Jemal is “the disability of the second group in schizophrenia” and “occultism”.

• The most sophisticated Silantyev wrote about the veteran of the official Russian Islam, the chairman of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims since 1980 Sheikh Talgate Tajuddin:

“From a medical point of view,” the monograph says, “seems doubtful enough for a person to be an alcoholic and a drug addict, a homosexual and supporter of unlimited heterosexual ties, suffer from schizophrenia and paranoia, complicated mania of greatness and hysterical syndrome.”

The Muslim structures that were part of the inter -religious council, after the publication of the book, threatened the Russian Orthodox Church and the Presidential Administration with their exit from the council if such a “researcher” remains as a secretary. At a press conference on December 1, 2004, Moscow was destined for the future academic path of a young scientist from the ACCS: Mufti Ravil Gainutdin called his activity "detrimental and destructive ." The Council of Muftis of Russia appreciated the scientific level of the monograph as follows: “Digest ... rumors and gossip, as well as their own speculations, representing an attempt to denigrate the clergy and leaders of almost all religious centers of traditional Islam of Russia.” The Muslims were then supported by the Federation of Jewish communities of Russia, which demanded an independent examination of the book and apologies of the author.

Instead of apologies, the further scientific growth of Silantyev followed-from theory to practice, that is, to complicity in the criminal persecution of Muslims-“extremists”. At the beginning of the zero, the Azerbaijani scientist Elmir Kuliev published his translation of the Koran’s meanings into Russian. When a campaign began in Russia after a few years in Russia to recognize a number of Islamic books extremist, Silantyev turned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to “check for extremism” of the publication on the list he had drawn up. The translation of Kuliev also entered there. At the end of 2013, the Novorossiysk court recognized him as “extremist” and ordered him to destroy, which caused, to put it mildly, the bewilderment of the Islamic ummah.

Silantyev claimed that Mufti Talgat Tajuddin signed the letter with him, but he officially distance himself from the incident, saying that the Koran was an inviolable book and could not be subjected to forensic examination.

In the midst of Crimean events, in March 2014, Silantyev prompted the new administration of the peninsula, which of the local Islamic leaders “expresses the interests of Russia” and who is not. The mufti Emirali Ablaev, who was contrasted with the “loyal” Mufti Ridvan Valiev, fell into the black list. Later, in an interview with Rosbalt, Silantyev pointed out the objects of repression:

Alraid is the Ukrainian unit of the Muslim Brothers terrorist organization. And the spiritual department of the Muslims of Crimea, in fact, is a division of the Mejlis ”( the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people is recognized in the Russian Federation an extremist organization and is prohibited. )

When, in 2015, the rector of the Moscow Islamic Institute, Damir Khayretdinov, asked the Ministry of Internal Affairs to pay attention to “inciting the play” in the publications of Silantyev, the department began an audit against the applicant himself. Silantyev with a mysterious look told Interfax that "this is the fifth case of refusing to institute criminal proceedings against him through the Council of Muftis." Later, the professor added for complete clarity that "he really gives the special services [FSB] lectures on destructive and preparing examinations for terrorist organizations."

Christianity as Satanism, human rights as repression

The competencies of Roman Silantyev are in demand on the Ukrainian Track. Of course, the professor condemns the Maidan, ironizes the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church and supports his heart. But something creative, “destructive” is trying to add to this plot, demonstrating the level of its expert competence and prognostic talent. When, at the end of 2018, Metropolitan Epiphanius (Dumenko) was elected to the Primate of the newly created Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU), Silantyev called him a puppet, “the minion of Patriarch Filaret,” which allegedly retains real power in the PCU. “Nobody really knows this Dumenko at all,” the expert said. However, it was Epiphanius who received the real power in the PCU, and Filaret already in June 2019 separated from him and announced the revival of the Kiev Patriarchate, which poured six months earlier.

Silantyev presented his “Ukrainian concept” in the January interview of this year, predicting Ukraine full of dechristianization, despite the fact that today more Orthodox communities are registered in Ukraine than in the Russian Federation.

“There [in Ukrainian society] is the basis of neoism,” the professor assures. - Moreover, it is quite a satanic nature ... There is an ultra -high percentage of schismatics and sectarians. And all these neopagowing sects were massively present. This penetrated both culture and literature, even in science. This is how the new religion "Ukrainians" was formed.

The mythological idea of ​​Ukraine is completed by the belief that the capital of paganism is the Greek Catholic Lviv. Well, a characteristic forecast about the fate of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra:

“A few years later it turns out that Pyrun was in this place, and it is necessary, so to speak, to restore it.”

During resonant persecution of believers in Russia, the “human rights center” sided with the authorities. In September 2020, he justified the use of force, including aviation, during the assault on the “City of the Sun” of the Church of the Last Testament (Vissarion) in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. And Jehovah's witnesses prohibited in the Russian Federation spoke like this:

“They do not know anything else in life, except as an extremist organization to lead ... The sect kills all contacts outside it, prohibits communication with people from outside.”

At the expense of the presidential grant, Silantyev prepared a “crest” concept of human rights activity, where, for example, participating in the fact that the authorities proclaim the “dispute of economic entities” (recall NTV!).

The professor calls the universal presumption of innocence (by the way, enshrined in law): “inappropriate”:

“Colleagues believe that any fighter with the system is undeniable. And all attempts to bring him to criminal liability, for example, for fraud or extremism, there are machinations of special services. Here you can recall the story not only with the bulk brothers ... Liberal human rights activists abuse the protection of disgraced oligarchs. ”

Those human rights activists who protect extremists (and the same “Jehovah's Witnesses” or Supporters of Navalny), according to Silantiev, “act as direct accomplices of criminals” in Russia. A tendency to defend the rights of minorities by the head of the “human rights center” VRNS calls the tendency of human rights activists “vicious” and has “nothing to do with objectivity”.

The indicators of his center are quite modest:

“The lawyers of the center annually process up to 200 appeals of citizens ... The center asks for help from large and authoritative media, for example, Komsomol truth, whose journalists can solve serious problems with their publications.”

... In a country where aggression is the main form of protection, and death is valued more than life, the destructology appeared very on time. She is quite organic here. Only such a science is able to structure the paranoid-mythological picture of the world, which is presented in Russia as the non-verbalized “national idea”.

Whom Silantyev managed to plant

In addition to Silantyev, his conclusions in the case of Berkovich and Petriychuk Dali: “Destructologist, clinical psychologist, sociologist” Elena Imyshevskaya and Galina Khazrieva, who since 2023 is the director of the Center for Linguistic Expertise of the MSLU. It was they who discovered in the play “Finist Yasny Falcon” “Execution of terrorism”, “Heroization” of ISIS fighters*, as well as the “ideology of radical feminism”.

The most odious among the "experts" became Silantyev, although other "experts" managed to inherit in various repressive affairs.

The “Laboratory of Destructology”, headed by Silantiev, has existed since 2019, “linguistic, psychological, religious, political and sociological examinations of any complexity” have been held there. “The laboratory is especially specializing in extremist and terrorist organizations of a religious type,” the official website says.

Одними такими заключениями Силантьев не ограничивается. Он открыто говорит, что сотрудничает с ФСБ.

В интервью «Интерфаксу» «эксперт» похвастался, что читает сотрудникам спецслужбы лекции по «деструктологии». «Мне это не претит, я ведь к либеральной интеллигенции себя не отношу», — с гордостью заявил Силантьев.

Действительно следственные органы неоднократно привлекали его в качестве эксперта по уголовным делам. Одно из таких громких дел, в котором он совместно с Хизриевой принимал участие, было возбуждено в отношении экс-схиигумена Сергия (Николая Романова). Его судили за самоуправство (ч. 1 ст. 330 УК), нарушение права на свободу вероисповедания (ч. 3 ст. 148 УК) и склонение прихожан и монахинь к самоубийству (пп. «в», «д» ч. 3 ст. 110.1 УК). В ходе слушаний адвокаты Сергия выступали с протестом, когда Силантьев позволил несколько раз в СМИ отрицательно высказаться об их подзащитном, назвав того «сектантом», «типичным душегубцем», а прихожан монастыря — «адептами, сектантами».

30 ноября 2021 года Измайловский суд Москвы приговорил экс-схиигумена Сергия к 3,5 годам заключения. А в конце января текущего года уже Бабушкинский районный суд назначил ему семь лет колонии по совокупности с прошлым приговором по второму делу об экстремизме.

Также Силантьев принимал участие в проведении исследования по делу членов московской ячейки международного религиозного движения «Таблиги джамаат»**, обвиняемых в экстремизме. Одним из доказательств стала «комплексная этнико-религиозно-социо-политологическая психолого-лингвистическая» судебная экспертиза, выполненная Силантьевым и профессором теологии РГСУ Александром Саввиным.

Как пишет «Медиазона»***, изучив видеозаписи встреч в квартире, эксперты пришли к выводу, что запечатленные на них люди — последователи «Таблиги Джамаат», так как они «часто употребляли характерные «Таблиги Джамаат» термины и были одеты в «длинные белые одежды пакистанского образца». Кроме того, эксперты обратили внимание на то, что участники собраний дважды обсуждали отъезд своих знакомых в Сирию «для участия в джихаде». «Такого рода наемничество свойственно для основных групп радикальных исламистов, включая членов «Таблиги Джамаат», — резюмировали эксперты.

Защита Мустафина не согласилась с выводами специалистов и просила исключить их исследование из числа доказательств. По их мнению, эксперты не только дали ложное заключение, но и вышли за пределы своих полномочий. Однако судья не стал исключать экспертизу из дела.

В результате Бабушкинский суд приговорил восьмерых предполагаемых членов исламского движения «Таблиги Джамаат» к срокам лишения свободы от 4 до 6,5 лет за организацию и участие в экстремистском сообществе.

Благодаря Силантьеву также была запрещена книга «Евангелие от Елизаветы», которую издавал белгородский депутат Валерий Сергачев и цитировал в своей книге «Потрясение» сенатор Евгений Савченко. «Евангелие от Елизаветы» признали экстремистской по решению Октябрьского районного суда Белгорода 17 февраля 2023 года.

Именно книга белгородского сенатора наделала много шума и привела к исключению из партии первого вице-спикера Белгородской облдумы Елены Бондаренко и заместителя председателя регионального парламента Валерия Сергачева за «действия, дискредитирующие «Единую Россию». В открытых источниках текста книги нет, но о содержании «Евангелия от Елизаветы» подробно рассказывал сенатор Савченко в своей работе «Потрясение».

В прокуратуре настаивали, что книга «разжигает вражду», поэтому она должна быть признана экстремистской и конфискована.

Материалы о наличии признаков экстремизма и возбуждения религиозной вражды были переданы прокуратуре управлением ФСБ России по Белгородской области.

Силантьеву, очевидно, сама книга и ее пересказ тоже пришлись не по душе, он подготовил судебную экспертизу, в которой подтвердил обвинения надзорного ведомства. Суд согласился с прокуратурой и помимо признания книги экстремистским материалом оштрафовал Сергачева на 300 тыс. руб. в счет оплаты экспертизы лаборатории деструктологии МГЛУ.
