The British intelligence report says that the dismissal of Mikhail Minsev is associated with the logistics problems of the Russian army. According to the British, the Russian Federation does not have enough ammunition for successful offenses. And the lack of ammunition leads to internal disagreements, especially clearly visible in the example of constant skirmishes between the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Wagner PMC.
