Criminal case under Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code-a public justification of terrorism (maximum punishment under this article-seven years of imprisonment) against director Evgenia Berkovich and screenwriter Svetlana Petriychuk, as you know, was excited on the basis of an examination: historian, religious scholar Roman Silantyev, linguist-deck Galina Hizrieva and clinical Psychologist Elena Pryshinskaya. According to their collective work, the play “Finist Yasny Sokol” staged by Berkovich allegedly contains the heroization of ISIS militants (the group is recognized as terrorist and prohibited in Russia. - Approx. Ed.), As well as “signs of the ideology of radical feminism and the struggle against the Androcentric public structure of Russia”. According to experts, the play creates a positive image of women who left their country in order to take part in terrorist activities. In addition, experts regarded the production as a “horror film”, which negatively affects the human psyche.

Khizrieva in professional circles has a reputation as a linden Muslim, as well as supporters of the sorceress of Juna, Silantyev - an ardent supporter of the war in Ukraine, the creator of Pseudoules, at one time was caught by the facts by the Council of the Muftis of Russia, and the Irceevskaya gave a conclusion on the compulsory direction of the civilian activist, even the court recognized as illegal.
Expert No. 1. Roman Silantyev is a conspiracyologist and lover of conspiracy theory
The most famous and main author of the examination in the case of Berkovich-Petrichuk is Roman Silantyev. In the media, he is called a religious Revolution, a historian, Islamic and, of course, a destructive.
Silantiev is 46 years old. He is from Moscow. He graduated from the Geographical Department of Moscow State University and graduate school of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. First, he defended the candidate (the theme “Ethnosocial, political and religious aspects of the split of Islamic society in Russia”), then the doctoral (“The evolution of the system of external relations of the spiritual departments of the Muslims of Russia”) and became an Islam specialist.
However, official Muslims were surprised at how Mr. Silantyev interpreted the knowledge gained in universities. In his articles, he wrote about the “spread of Wahhabism” in the country and “Pantyurkism as a threat to the national security of the Russian Empire”.
In 2005, the book of Silantyev was published "The latest history of the Islamic community of Russia." The Council of the Russian Mufties soon made it clear that it would not be better, and doctors of historical sciences accused the author of "trying to denigrate the clergy and leaders of almost all religious centers of the traditional Islam of Russia." The historian-religious had to leave the post of executive secretary of the inter-religious council. However, the next year, Silantyev became the head of the human rights center at the World Russian People's Cathedral, and still holds this position. The cathedral itself is headed by Patriarch Kirill, among his deputies - the Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeev*.

In other interviews and speeches, Silantyev discusses the threats that the inhabitants of the Middle East allegedly represent for Christians. The promotion of the Islamists, he assures, secretly engaged in the United States, which "is more convenient to shit someone else's hands." In an interview with the Orthodoxy.ru portal, Silantyev assured citizens that the United States hate Russia, so they use Wahhabis, sexual minorities and opposition to kill domestic traditional values.
“All opposition and minorities will always be supported to destabilize the situation. This is all the famous games of the United States, ”he said.
Some performances of the religious scholar are very chauvinistic and even racist in nature. He declared the need not only to tighten control over the Wahhabis in Russia, but also called for them to destroy (“It is necessary to stop thinking that you can solve something peacefully and contracts. You just need to destroy them. How we killed the Nazis, so we must kill the Wahhabis”). He cited dubious statistics, according to which about 5% of Muslims living in Russia are radicals, and that they "repeatedly tried to rock the situation in the country" and "arrange an interethnic or inter -religious Maidan." He said that "from a hundred converts (Muslims) - 40 become terrorists."
Well, of course, since 2014, mass information and psychological operations have been conducted in Russia, most of which are directed from the territory of Ukraine and the collective West.
These provocations, according to the religious scholar of Silantyev, include calls from scammers, sabotage and various games on the Internet, leading to children's suicides. “Half of the Columbine cases in our country are directed from Ukraine,” he assured journalists.
As for Ukraine, today the expert Silantyev is an active supporter of the war in this state. In an interview with the Orthodox Radio Radonezh, he compares Ukraine with the Third Reich, assuring that “Ukrainian nationalists” intend to kill all Muscovites in the world. He tells students that the main religion in Ukraine has become the “neopaganism of the Satanic character”, as in Hitler Germany. The Ukrainian Center for Information and Psychological Operations (Cipso) Silantyev calls the cause of teenage suicides and mass killings in Russian schools: "Now about half of cases of attacks on schools that are prevented have been induced from there."
Silantyev’s words, however, never cited his words.
In 2018, Roman Silantyev presented a scientific discipline invented by him - a destructive. He promoted it as a method of identifying “threats in the spiritual sphere” and a way to counteract “threats of national security”. Among these threats, he considered Aue, Columbines, the ideology of the Islamic State (IG, prohibited in the Russian Federation) and the “group of necro -communist sects, whose members consider themselves citizens of the USSR.”
By that time, Roman Silantyev had already worked as a professor at the Moscow State Linguistic University. Maurice Torez. (MGLU). According to the idea of Silantyev, the young “science” was supposed to unite the competencies of Islamic scholars, sectors, teachers, psychologists, culturalists, linguists and information security specialists. To achieve this goal, a whole “Destructology Laboratory” appeared in the darkness. She began to conduct linguistic examinations in criminal cases against those citizens who are suspected of justifying terrorism.
At the same time, Silantyev did not hide: he not only conducts examinations, but also gives lectures on “destructology” to the FSB officers. “I don’t manage it, I don’t attribute myself to the liberal intelligentsia.”
In addition to the textbook, Silantyev wrote with colleagues a book called “Destructology. How to quickly and reliably lose money and health. 10 steps to success for free. "

In the summer of 2020, Silantyev volunteered on the pages of Constantinople to help the authorities in preparing an indictment against Hasan Huseynov - at that time a professor at the Higher School of Economics (HSE). Huseynov commented on an interview with the American writer Susan Umbable, who stated that the attack on Dubrovka was "a liberation struggle of the Chechen people." Huseynov was accused of agreeing with this statement, although he stated that critics pulled his statement out of context.

The FSB did not appreciate the efforts of the expert. Huseynov did not began to attract under the article on the "justification of terrorism." But from HSE, the teacher was forced to quit.

Apparently, in the same place, an examination was prepared in the Laboratory of Destructology of the Moscow State Linguistic University in the case of Evgenia Berkovich and Svetlana Petriychuk. Expert No. 2. Galina Khizrieva - supporter of the sorceress Juna
Galina Amirovna Khizrieva is a long -standing colleague and a friend of the novel Silantyeva. Today she is a senior researcher at the MSLU destructive laboratory. It is also stated about Hizriev that in 2014 she conducted the annual program “Voice of the Russian Ummah” on the Radio “Voice of Russia”, “took part in the development of the concept of Muslim unity” and “has wide connections with the mufti of the regions”. And finally, it is one of the authors of the film “Servants of Death”, which tells “about the danger of the spread of the ideology of terrorism in Russia”. The “anti -heroe”, the explanation of the film says, is one of the ideologies of exclusivity and fanaticism - Wahhabism, “whose adherents are actively imposing their civilizational model to the entire world community.”

For example, we all heard about death groups in social networks - groups associated with suicide. This problem is now acute not only in Russia, but throughout the world. I think this is not even a spontaneous phenomenon. <...> Suicide groups are solidarized with terrorists. And we know that terrorism does not arise on its own: it is funded and is very well supported at different international political venues. ”
Today in Hizriev’s MSLU he teaches two disciplines: “State and judicial religious and theological examination” and “Fundamentals of religious analytics and examination”. At the end of 2022, the Center for a linguistic examination was opened at the university, the purpose of which was indicated by the “Organization of Fundamental Research”. In principle, if you follow the logic with which a specialist in destructive did an examination in the case of Berkovich-Petrichuk, it-Hizrieva-should be involved in Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code. До дела Беркович-Петрийчук Хизриева в том же МГЛУ делала лингвистическую экспертизу по делу экс-схиигумена Сергия, которого обвиняли в возбуждении ненависти и вражды. Следствие ограничилось проведением только этой экспертизы. К исследованию не привлекли ни религиоведа, ни культуролога, ни психолога, что, как замечала защита осужденного, является нарушением методик Минюста и МВД или ФСБ. Благодаря этой экспертизе экс-схиигумена отправили в колонию на семь лет.
Эксперт №3. Елена Замышевская — «лучший специалист по колумбайну и скулшутингу»
Эксперт Елена Замышевская живет на два города — Нижний Новгород и Красноярск. 27 лет, начинающий клинический психолог. На своей официальной странице в инстаграме девушка представляет себя: «Первый в России психолог по работе со скулшутингом». Скулшутинг — это вооруженные нападения на учебные учреждения, как правило, совершенные самими учащимися.
В 2021 году тогда 25-летняя Замышевская обосновала принудительную госпитализацию в психбольницу нижегородского правозащитника и православного активиста, противостоявшего уплотнительной застройке, борьбе за снижение тарифов ЖКХ и защите прав животных, — Алексея Поднебесного.Его задержали возле дома и отвезли в психбольницу. Суд о принудительной госпитализации проходил прямо в стенах медицинского учреждения. Поводом стали донос местного НОДовца и некое письмо родителей девушек из медицинского колледжа, где в тот момент учился Поднебесный.
Заключение психолога Замышевской Е. Н. было сделано накануне задержания: она писала, что блогер «в беседе проявляет подозрительность, возбудимость — направляю к психиатру».
При этом какую непосредственную угрозу для окружающих представлял активист и как могло ухудшиться его состояние без оказания немедленной помощи, Замышевская не поясняла.
Впоследствии областной суд признал эту принудительную госпитализацию, в основе которой лежала экспертиза Замышевской, незаконной. Сам Поднебесный отмечал, что заключение «первой в России психолога-эксперта по скулшутингу» Елены Замышевской в отношении него было выполнено по заказу ФСБ.
После профессиональной неудачи Замышевскую, тем не менее, пригласили выступить экспертом по делу другого жителя Нижнего Новгорода, Ильи Мясковского, которого обвиняют в дискредитации российской армии. Ему вменили публикации антивоенных граффити в местном паблике в соцсети «Вконтакте» и другие посты о пикетчиках с антивоенными плакатами. Всего в отношении мужчины заведено аж пять уголовных дел о «дискредитации» российской армии. Его публикации, по просьбе Нижегородского управления МВД, среди прочих оценивала и клинический психолог Замышевская — в качествечлена межведомственной группы по профилактике распространения движения «Колумбайн» и других деструктивных течений.
Замышевская с коллегами сочла публикации блогера антиконституционными и увидела в них призывы не исполнять гражданский долг по защите Родины.
Особое внимание эксперты уделили опубликованным фотографиям одиночного пикета Маргариты Мурахтаевой — дочери нижегородской журналистки Ирины Славиной, совершившей в 2020 году самосожжение у стен областного главка МВД РФ. В годовщину смерти матери дочь вышла на пикет с плакатом, содержащим надпись с критикой СВО и президента Путина. Слова пикетчицы по поводу «массовых неоправданных жертв среди военнослужащих и гражданских лиц» эксперты сочли не соответствующими истине. И не поленились написать: «Киев под давлением стран НАТО нарушил Минские соглашения и международные права в части военных конфликтов... С нашей стороны специальная военная операция — это отечественная освободительная война (специальная военная операция), направленная на демилитаризацию и денацификацию Украины, прекращение геноцида этнических россиян, обеспечение безопасности РФ. Целью же подготовленного коллективным Западом военного конфликта является создание условий для “цветной революции” в РФ и устранение президента Владимира Путина», — говорилось в экспертизе.
Ее авторы также настаивали, что «пораженчество в уже идущей войне сегодня расценивается как ведение психологической войны со стороны противника, его поддержка, духовная власовщина».
«Мы находимся в цивилизованной, ментальной, гибридной прокси-войне с Западом, в которой ничьих не бывает», — подытоживали эксперты.
Отдельно от себя специалист по скулшутингу Замышевская писала, что антивоенные публикации в ВК-пабликеМясковского (с аудиториейменее тысячи человек ) являются «мощным инструментом для информационно-психологического воздействия». Признаки такого воздействия по ее словам, «усматриваются в распространении информации об организованных антивоенных агитациях, автор использует слова-триггеры (“война”, “стрелять”), которые могут морально нагнетать и устрашать психологически неустойчивого адресата».
Очевидно, по логике Замышевской, использование тех же слов-триггеров людьми, вещающими на многомиллионную аудиторию, — Симонян, Соловьёвым, Скабеевой, — должно вызывать еще более устрашающее воздействие на «неустойчивых адресатов». Но экспертизы по заявлениям российских пропагандистов местное МВД делать ее не просило.
А потом Замышевская поучаствовала в посадке Евгении Беркович и Светланы Петрийчук. Вот что написала конкретно психолог в своей части экспертизы: «Ролик ( имеется в виду выложенная Беркович читка пьесы на ютубe. — Прим. ред. ) может оказывать психологическое воздействие, а именно — манипуляция сознанием, поражающая низкий уровень психологической безопасности, размытие системы ценностей и убеждений, высокий уровень социальной неопределенности. Медиа-продукт содержит контекстно усиленную сцену насилия. Ролик также оказывает психологическое воздействие на зрителя, вызывая чувство страха в связи с использованием в нём классических приемов кинематографического жанра “фильм ужасов”. <…> Идеология запрещенных экстремистских и террористических (деструктивных) субкультур, таких, например, как ИГИЛ (организация, запрещенная в Российской Федерации), распространяемая путем их оправдания, может оказать идеологическое влияние на зрителей и побудить их к действиям, направленным на дестабилизацию деятельности органов власти Российской Федерации».
После того как в СМИ всплыло имя Замышевской, она закрыла комментарии на своей странице в Instagram из-за наплыва критических отзывов. Однако стала единственной из всех трех экспертов «театрального дела», кто хоть как-то объяснил свое участие в нём. Замышевская заявила, что ее миссия — спасать подростков от скулшутинга. При чём тогда драматурги, режиссеры и гражданские активисты с их антивоенной позицией, психолог не сообщила:

Я работала в колонии строгого режима, в школе. Место, которое я люблю с особым теплом, и с удовольствием бы вернулась преподавать туда вновь. Я знаю, когда у них обед, и да, я знаю, какие порой удивительные люди там оказываются».
А вот еще из публикаций Замышевской: фото, где она позирует на теннисном корте, сопровождают следующие ее слова: «План такой! Я стану лучшим специалистом по Колумбайну и Скулшутингу. Весь мир захочет, чтобы Россия поделилась своим опытом работы. Мы поделимся. Всех спасем. Нас снова будут уважать как прежде. Как вам идея?».
