The Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow registered the materials of the administrative case against the musician Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev). Mediazona found this information in the database of Moscow courts.
The protocol was drawn up under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of materials without the “foreign agent” label). On May 10, the Basmanny Court received a similar protocol regarding the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova).
Monetochka and Noize MC are against the war in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, they have held a series of charity concerts, where they raised money for medical, food, human rights and other humanitarian assistance to the residents of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Justice included Noize MC in the register of “foreign agents” in November 2022, and Monetochka in January 2023.
