The press service of the politician published personnel of his trips to the Central Command of the Air Force and Air Defense of Belarus, and the media posted a short video in which Lukashenko talks about bringing the Belarusian troops into increased combat readiness due to events in the Bryansk region of Russia, where “four aircraft were shot down” by Russia.

During a visit to Moscow on May 9, Lukashenko missed part of the official events. On the same day, the politician returned to Minsk - there, according to tradition, he was supposed to make a speech during the flowing ceremony for the Victory Monument in the city center, but instead of him, the Minister of Defense of Belarus Viktor Krenin was done .

After May 9, Lukashenko did not take any events. The Mirror publication notes that such a long pause is abnormal for a politician schedule. Due to the disappearance of Lukashenko, messages about his illness began to appear in the press.
