
The court in St. Petersburg appointed a fine of 15 thousand rubles to a small drama theater. This was reported by "New Gazeta Europe."
The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg ruled that MDT violated sanitary rules and hygiene standards, and also did not conduct sanitary-hygienic and anti-epidemic measures.
The theater with the arguments of the prosecution does not agree. According to New, MDT should open today.
On May 11, the court registered an administrative case against the theater under an article on violation of sanitary rules.
On May 6, it became known that MDT was sealed at least on May 12 at the request of Rospotrebnadzor, and all performances were canceled. State agencies argued that Rospotrebnadzor recorded "numerous sanitary and epidemiological disorders."
According to the North. Realities, the auditors allegedly found defects in the field of fire safety and in the sanitary and epidemiological sphere, including "defects of wall and floor decoration in premises for storage of harvesting equipment, lack of marking on the mwabs and buckets and unconnected fluorography with some theater officers."
Later, the press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg listed a complete list of claims of Rospotrebnadzor. Among them:
- 15 cleaners and one janitor are allowed to work without vaccinations against typhoid fever.
- On the production table in the dining room, personal items (telephone, keys, cosmetics) were stored.
- Do not instruct personnel on disinfection.
- The cook and the buffet were checked for infections after employment.
