The administration of the city of Buynaksk (Dagestan) did not agree on a rally against the arbitrariness of the head of the local police department, Zakir Gerekhanov. This is reported by the publication "7 × 7" with reference to "Chernovik" .

A participant in the war in Ukraine, Arslan Arslanbekov, was denied permission to hold a rally on the central square due to the lack of information about the location of the organizer of the rally and about those who will lead the rally on the spot.

The reason for the protests was the criminal case against Wushu coach Timur Arslanbekov, the brother of the rally organizer. He is charged with using non-life-threatening violence against a police officer (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code) at a gas station.
