Citizen of Belarus Dmitry Golovlev, who was detained on May 22 in Moscow because of the launch of white and blue balloons and a flag, was arrested for 15 days. He was found guilty of petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The corresponding decision was published on the website of the Moscow City Court.
Golovlev, according to the court decision, pleaded guilty to the fact that "at the entrance he used foul language, was drunk." The arrest was made on May 23rd.
From the court, the man was taken to the Chertanovo Severnoye police station, and from there to the Khamovniki police station, an anonymous source said. A lawyer from OVD-Info, Gevorg Aleksanyan, left for Khamovniki.
Dmitry Golovlev was detained on May 22 along with his wife Yulia Golovleva because of the launch of white and blue balloons and a flag. According to the official version, a married couple launched white and blue balloons into the sky with a white-blue-white flag attached to them in the Chertanovo Severnoye microdistrict of Moscow. A few hours later they were detained and taken to the Vostochnoye Biryulyovo police station.
Later it became known that the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow received a protocol on petty hooliganism against Dmitry. On May 23, a defender from OVD-Info, Vladimir Nemanov, arrived at the court, but he could not find either Dmitry or Yulia there.
The location of Yulia Golovleva is still unknown.

On June 6 , Dmitry Golovlev was again detained at the exit from the detention center, he was taken away by people in civilian clothes in a car. The man was taken to the police department of Severnoe Chertanovo, where he was left overnight. He himself informed OVD-Info about this.
Golovlev is charged with an article on the propaganda of Nazi symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). With him is a lawyer from OVD-Info Yulia Kuznetsova.
On June 7, the detainee was taken to the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow, OVD-Info learned about this from his wife. Golovlev at the meeting will be represented by the defender from OVD-Info Varvara Filippova.
