The accused in the "Tyumen case" fully pleaded guilty

One of the six accused in the Tyumen case Cyril Brik fully pleaded guilty - he is charged with explosives in order to blow up the thermal power station in Tyumen. The fact that Brik pleaded guilty became known in the court to extend the preventive measure on May 24, the Tyumen case telegram channel reports .

All six defendants extended the content in a pre -trial detention center for two months. At the meeting, it also became known that the investigator refused to introduce the repeated testimony of Roman Paklin to the case - he refused the primary (with a plead of guilt), saying that he signed them under torture.

All six accused declared torture. At least two defendants in the case - Roman Paklina and Deniza Aydin - were proposed to conclude a pre -trial agreement, that is, actually testimony against the rest of the defendants.

Activists who follow the case express their fears that Cyril Brik could also be tortured to sign a pre -trial agreement. At the end of March, all the accused, in addition to Brik, were charged with new accusations for preparations for the attack.

Prior to this, Brik was in isolation in a pre -trial detention center for several months. Brik's relatives did not know about his location, in response to their letters from the FSIN there were no notification that the "addressee left" that could indicate that the arrested was transferred to another place.

At the end of February, Brik refused the services of a lawyer whom the support group for him found. Supporters also associated this with pressure from the employees of the bodies.

Relatives and lawyers of the arrested argue that as evidence, the investigation has only one meeting of the accused from different cities and the confession signed under torture. The testimony of one of them against the rest can be used as evidence of guilt.
