I will say right away that I did not see it inside the case, I can’t question the court decision, but I watched what was happening around the case. I'm only talking about it. More precisely, about the fate of only one person - Viti Shestakov. A cross on it is placed on it, and soon, it seems that this cross will turn natural, physical.

By the time of the arrest of Khashiev, Shestakov and Goryunov had been in prison for six months. The police took them after another murder on April 16, 2020 - there is his eloquent video. There is Western: the country road near the village of Bolshaya Inya, Minusinsky district (Minnesota also call these places local), pursuit, steppe, then disassembly - members of one group. Vladimir Vereskin, previously improvised Goryunov, leaves his grunt and heads to another car - to beat the face of Goryunov. He takes out Saigu and shoots him in the head. Gets. Meanwhile, the third car is approaching - a police crew. Goryunov passes the carbine to Shestakov, and he shoots too - it seems to be already in the corpse. And they are delayed, and they soon talk about the murder three years before. Then, in the evening of May 24, 2017, the 41-year-old chief of the Minusinsk newspaper and the former deputy communist Popkov invited friends to the bathhouse in his private household. There was a minute when the whole company went into the steam room, and he remained in the dressing room. The friends returned to the dead man - they shot from the PM with a muffler, then found five bullets in the body.

Goryunov, judging by the comments of the prosecutor's office, which supplied Shestakov with a weapon, which gave him the instructions, led him, concluded a pre -trial agreement with the prosecutor, and the charges were considered separately; Last year, Goryunov was given 17 years in a strict regime, then they were chopped up to 16 years 10 months. This is for two murders, for involving a minor, for all fraud with weapons.

The jury has now recognized the organizer of the murder of Khashiev who did not deserve condescension, while the contractor of Shestakov on the first murder (Popkov), the collegium made the possibility of condescension (at the time of the crime was a minor), for the second murder - no.

The first to whom in 2020 he heard the doubts about the abilities of Shestakov to the difficult craft of the killerism was the Krasnoyarsk psychologist Nikolai Shcherbakov, who has been working with children of the risk group for many years. He remembers Vitya well - he talked with him from his 10 years to 14: “Then it was an immature child - physically, mentally, and personally, rather timid, with poor coordination. It is possible to suspect him at the 17th of the age of 17 of the committing a deliberate cold -blooded murder of a much more adult, who is also completely unambiguous, moreover, from firearms, it is possible only to have undeniable evidence. Even if he was forced to go to the murder, threatening, he could hardly be able to realize him so skillfully. ”

And then the voice of Ivan Fedorov sounded , a powerful figure in Minusinsk. A veteran of military operations, an agronomist in first education and a psychologist in the second, worked for a long time in the organs, went into pedagogy, in work with children, and the most deprived-at first there were orphans, then an interns for the deaf and hard of hearing guys. Vitya was his pupil in the orphanage, Fedorov quit from there two years before the incident. He testifies: the guy has huge problems in development, both mental and physical. Infantile conformist. He could not stand up for himself at all, could not follow himself normally. He would not only not, according to Fedorov, aimed to discharge the clip into a living person, he would hardly have pressed the trigger. At the age of 16, in the orphanage, Fedorov organized shooting and knows: he could not get from a pneumatic pistol from five meters to the target. The killer climbed into the territory of Popkov through a fence of 2.2 meters from the profiled sheet. Let from a small pile of land in front of him. In a little, behind the elastic pants, is a gun with a silencer. And, shooting himself, he quickly disappeared, flying over the fence (the sleeve rolled back, as eyewitnesses said, but there were no more killers). Vitya once tried to overcome the fence much lower (1.6 m) and - hung, then fell like a bag.

Shestakov, the most painful child of the orphanage, how he was characterized by the former head of the institution - oncological problems, a tumor on the cheek, tumors were found in the brain, several times performed operations - both on the face and on the brain. In Krasnoyarsk and in Moscow. The guy fell into fainting, falls now - both in prison and in court. He underwent the most difficult operation on his head in Moscow at 16 and a half years old, after which he received a ban on all sharp movements, on physical education (then he fell from the fence, deciding to flee from the orphanage for the first time).

And when he was able to leave the orphanage by age, he immediately moved to the criminal group Goryunov (Fedorov directly calls it the organized crime group), which consisted mainly of graduates of the same orphanage. This is, as it were, a logical stage in life, as if it could not have happened - their own stretch to their own. (When Vitya grew up, graduates could remain in an orphanage until 22 years old, if there was no housing, and they ruled it at night. With the new director, this ended). And they “divorced the Lave” of the same graduates - some in the accounts for issuing were a million or more (from alimony, other payments). All these numerous gifts were handed over to the pawnshops.

According to Fedorov, Victor gave the gang all his savings - he accumulated 800 thousand. They tried to save him, but to no avail. If the head of the orphanage had done something more, radical-he would herself become a defendant in the case for arbitrariness, exceeding officials, etc. (And no matter how recently the system of orphanages has changed, the children still, even among the guardians, are not protected, says Fedorov.)

After the orphanage, Vitya lived with Goryunov, followed him to the gym, and everywhere he was present as maintenance personnel. At the same time, he was constantly beaten. Vitya himself became one of them, but, being a limp man, he took the lowest position in the group.

Fedorov: “According to eyewitnesses, Vitya lived with Goryunov on a rug in the corridor, like a dog. This is not entrusted with the murder. ” Why did Goryunov keep him with him and after Vitya gave his 800 thousand group? It is believed that he was not thrown out for only one reason - they waited for the state to give him an apartment. There was also a plan on her account. Minusians say that Goryunov had such as Vitya, at one time there was almost a whole kindergarten - mutil, before the deadline, removing orphaned capital, then they were put on the labor exchange, and when the benefits were stopped, they were thrown away. Such a “prisons”, where wolves and sheep, stealing and wrapped, grain and millstones, neck and axes are near and together, and this is: at first you are a victim, but you are not released, involved in processes, and then you yourself are looking for people like you before, new victims among those who are growing where you have already grown. Pyramid. Minusinskaya Gothic. The killer who slept on the rug in the hallway. The killer, about which they wiped their legs. The killer, who gave the Mercedes to the customer (Goryunov), washed his legs and massaged his heels. A killer who worked as a housekeeper, a wordless servant, a pear for whipping. He cleaned, cooked, washed the cars.

Everything was just like that, judging by the testimonies of eyewitnesses captured by Fedorov in the video, only one thing here does not fit, which Fedorov says - whether Killer is? How can they treat a person who has calmly waiting for the right moment who committed the murder and managed to leave? “If you beat the hired killer on the head and you are under the same roof with him, then it’s better not to sleep later ...”

Well, then, as already mentioned, in 2020, Vitya goes to prison. With his physical and mental data, with his background, can there be a better candidate to solve other people's problems?

The experienced Goryunov knows perfectly well how to gather his term.

Fedorov conducted his own investigation by interviewing many witnesses, former orphanages, people who were at Goryunov in his assistants who supported his contacts, former bodies of organs. Watch this movie . This investigation is not the murder of Popkov, but the murder of a person in Shestakov. And who killed? System. Well, who was supposed to deal with a round orphan with such a bunch of problems? “There are no parents - the system should work,” says Fedorov and shows clearly how it works, because this is not an isolated case, it is put on the stream. Vitya was pulled out of one criminal group, which was engaged in the same, also hunted orphans, also gained fighters, in another. From Shushenskaya, where he went from an orphanage to college - to Minusinsky, where he stands an orphanage.

Well, what is happening with graduates of orphanages is not news. Evil knows where to look. Orphans, orphanages, remote areas - light prey. The main thing that Fedorov was absolutely evidence and showed (and this is confirmed by documents and people - from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, units for minors) - that moment, amazingly visible, the first contact of Viti with great life.

This moment took seven hours. From 16 hours to 23 hours on May 24, 2017.

On the eve of May 23, Vitya passed the college exam in Shushenskoye, and the next day at four hours and for a day he was abducted from college - to receive his orphan capital: three come for him.

Two, to him strangers (these were the same Goryunov and the same Veryaskin, whom Goryunov and Shestakov later would be killed, then he was friends with Goryunov), and Dmitry Rakhimov, a former orphanage, Vitya knew him well. They take Vitya and take them to the house to the guardians of Rakhimov, where they hold for a day without letting go anywhere. The plan was to remove 800 thousand.

Rakhimov now frankly and directly tells about everything: he has already left the gang, the leader in prison, accomplices - in the grave. Vitya did everything that he was told, Vitya was afraid. Vitya himself was a victim of a crime in those hours. (But neither the comprehensive documents of May 2017, a pre-investigation verification, nor the testimony of witnesses did not affect the court.)

And at 23 o’clock on that day, on May 24, as the court found out now, Vitya, it turns out,, by order of Goryunov, killed a journalist Popkov, unfamiliar to him. Goryunov, however, was also unfamiliar to this day before.

And so, only having met, one gives the other a gun with a silencer, somehow explains who exactly should be killed among many people, and the other goes and does ... In the world, of course, which does not happen. Probably, everything can be found explanations.

Vitya loved to dress up with a clown on children's holidays, showing card tricks (he was even somehow shot by the local channel "Yenisei" with their sweet stories about orphanages), and here he appears as "Vitya Shuler". One of the regional detectives, a high professional, after Moscow took, in our conversation, carefully did not show that he was wounded. Or maybe it was so, and it died me. He argued that all the necessary measures in the case were carried out, “if necessary, if necessary, it would be necessary to carry out again, then there will be no reason not to believe Shestakov, his confessions, and from the investigation many investigative actions and studies with the participation of Shestakov were conducted. There are grounds and motive. And there will be a court. There is a lot of information, it is precisely confirming the guilt of Khashiev and his accomplices.
