Investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee in the Tyumen Region opened a criminal case on abuse of powers against two employees of the operational-search unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tyumen region, 39-year-old Dmitry July 36, Alexander Plotnikov. In 2016, the janitor Alik Kuchashev, who was suspected of depraved actions against children (part 3 of article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), according to the parents of the victims, he seemed to show a member of two girls 12-13 years old, who, as the locals said, swept the residents of his yard and subjected the persecution of those adults who made them remarks.

In October 2016, in the same opera, under unclear circumstances, the detainee died - a young man. When detained on his head, he was put on a bag and did not remove him, while he was in the unit, an electric current was connected to his nipples, he was drowned, suspended "like Jesus Christ, only his hands were handcuffs from behind."

In 2019, the 60-year-old housekeeper of the famous Tyumen restaurateur and at that time the business ombudsman of the Tyumen region Larisa Navidaleo Svetlana Dynnikova and her husband Anatoly reported on torture on Tula.
