In the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa, the trial in the case of the ex-coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny* Lilia Chanysheva and activist Rustem Mulukov ended. During the debate, the prosecutor requested real terms for them. The defendants themselves and their defenders rejected all the accusations and asked the court to make an acquittal. Chanysheva became the first ally of Navalny, who is judged for the creation of an extremist community.
The activist was arrested on November 10, 2021 in Ufa. Before this, she and other Ufa supporters of Navalny had searches. The very matter on Chanysheva’s charges of “creating and leadership of the extremist community” was investigated by the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation under the leadership of the investigator for especially important cases of Roman Vidyukov. As the main defendants in the case, along with the Chanysheva, are Alexei Navalny, Leonid Volkov **, Ivan Zhdanov **, Love Sobol ** and other associates of the opposition. According to the final version of the prosecution, the organization of the extremist community was charged with the use of official position (under part 3 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), public calls for extremist activity (part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) and the promotion of the acts of non -commercial organization that encroaches on the identity and rights of citizens (part 3 of article 239 of the Criminal Code). Mulukov was presented only an article for participating in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).
The hearing in the case began in the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa on March 1. Judge Azamat Bikchurin at the request of the state prosecution announced the process closed. The meetings took place three times a week, according to the defense, the presiding judge called this process "priority."

In his speech, the state prosecutor Oleg Lavrov demanded that Chanyshev were sentenced to 12 years in prison in a general regime colony and assign a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The second accused - Rustem Mulukov - the state prosecutor demanded to be sentenced to five years in prison in a general regime colony.
“Actually, it makes no sense to prove something here, to crucify in court, because it is not justice, but a curvature that I do not believe in. This process is a shame on the judicial system of the Russian Federation. I am innocent, ”said Mulukov during a speech in the debate.
