And the presenter Sergei Karnaukhov (a lawyer, a former policeman and former deputy chairman of the government of the Kirov region) not only did not reject this proposal, but also supportedly supported.

The object for the application of patriotic forces was named by our editor -in -chief, Nobel Prize laureate Dmitry Muratov. We turned to the UK, the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Why?

• Firstly, because there is an incitement to commit a crime that the Criminal Code describes in article 111 is causing harm to health. And this incitement was committed on the air of a channel broadcasting on a wide audience.

• Secondly, because on April 7, a year has been able to get out of the moment of not virtual, but a very real attack on Muratov, which has not yet been investigated. Even a criminal case has not been instituted: the police still refer to the fact that one of the examinations, important for the qualification of the deed, has not been completed.

The perpetrators to this day are not brought to criminal or even administrative responsibility. The impunity is very seductive, especially if they are asking for a crime from the screen ...

The application to law enforcement agencies took more than one. The fact is that Karnaukhov and Yakemenko did not limit themselves to personal escapades to Muratov, but they also spoke a lot about the editorial office as a whole. Yakemenko, for example, said that on the conscience of our employees there were thousands of lives of Russian soldiers, accused of crimes of worthy of the tribunal, while Karnaukhov - of dislike for the country, betrayal and intentional harm to her.

The “dislike for the country” was accused of the editorial office, which, for example, achieved guarantees for the treatment of hundreds of Russian children with a diagnosis of SMA - they need the most expensive medicine in the world. In the death of soldiers and the betrayal of the army who fought in Chechnya, they accuse the newspaper, whose employees saved 174 Russian troops from Chechen captivity.

But random insults and accusations of non -existent crimes are the old reception of propagandists, as if the louder they scream, the more convincing their fantasies.

However, the flight of the imagination of Karnaukhov and Yakemenko went beyond the law. Perhaps the generated content seemed to them with unique improvisation, but the definition for him has long been in the Criminal Code. It is called “actions aimed at initiating hatred or enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a person or group of persons according to the grounds of belonging to a social group, committed publicly, including using information and telecommunication networks.” Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code.

As a social group, here are the employees of Novaya Gazeta, each of which can become a target for the most “passionate” spectators of Labyrinth - all the more, as it turns out, attacks on us are not punishable.

They had not even caused interest in law enforcement agencies: they managed to avoid liability to the beaten Elena Milashin, Elena Kostyuchenko, Diana Khachatryan, Isolde Demobin, Arden Arkman, who attacked Julia Latynina, Sergey Sokolov, who dangled the office of Novaya Gazeta, threatening Denis Korotkov, who threatened Denis Korotkov. Because we carefully studied the refusal materials that came to us from the police in response to two statements: about the threats of Muratov - from his lawyer, and about the initiation of hatred of the editorial staff - from the first deputy editor of the “new” Sergey Sokolov. And we can say with confidence:

The policeman, who was entrusted with verification in both cases, did not essentially conduct it.

If you think that the police requested an examination of etheric statements or at least interviewed the speakers of this program, then you are very mistaken.

Maybe Russian experts are now too loaded: they master the destructive, read plays or study pacifists with a magnifier? Do you just need to wait?

No, the district police officer Danila Raus took much simpler - to amazement - a decision. His "link did not open." Link to a video with a record of the ether. Based on this, the conclusion: "The arguments did not find confirmation."

And where, comrade junior lieutenant, do you know that you did not find, if the link did not open? Telepathy? The power of thought?

The forces of thought was not enough to google: the name of the program, channel and date of the release of this work we indicated in the statement, it can be found on the mass of streaming services and even in social networks. By the way, this is another basis for our anxiety-threats, insults and incitement to attack are still available to a wide audience. We also attached a printout of the broadcast to the application, so what was being discussed, Mr. Raus could not know.

However, the lawyer who provided the warrant and indicated all his coordinates, address, telephone and name of the board in Moscow is not at all difficult to find. Raus could not - so he pointed out in the refusal: they say, it was impossible to contact the applicant. And with the second, too - to interview Sergei Sokolov in the presence of an address, phone and contacts of the editorial office was not able to do the younger lieutenant (although in order to send a decision to refuse to institute criminal proceedings, there were contacts).

All this does not look very believable, right? Approximately like an uncertain lies of the loser about a lost diary. But this did not prevent the refusals of initiating the case to the chiefs of Rouse - the head of the district department in the district Arbat Major Shchelobokov and the deputy chief of the police department in the same district, Major Ryapolov.

Ah, yes. How did it all start and for what Karnaukhov and Yakemenko risked before the law? From the attack of nationalists on the MIPT - to the leading Russian and one of the best university in the world for the training of specialists in the field of physics, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, biology and related disciplines. There they announced a meeting with Dmitry Muratov in the spring. After that, Fizteh subjected to persecution from people whose manner of expressing thoughts leads to suspicions that they would not have passed the entrance exam at this university.

Egg telegram channels worked as an organized net, mainly the topic of the extreme right agenda rocked the topic. And then she was picked up by the "Solovyevites", whose creation does not want to study the police so. Thus - I admit that it is unconsciously - as if taking the side of aggressive ignorance that attacked the best university of the country.

Perhaps you can praise the precinct raus for good taste and intelligibility: we would also voluntarily have the product of Karnaukhov and Yakemenko. But the younger lieutenant will still have to get acquainted with him - refusals to initiate criminal cases, we, of course, will appeal.
