“A three -room penthouse with an area of more than 120 square meters in the Yalta village of Livadia, owned by Elena Zelenskaya, was added to the list of nationalized property on May 24, at the State Council session, among other 56 points.
The first lady of Ukraine bought this apartment in 2013, from a former Ukrainian deputy and businessman Alexander Buryak. Later, the businessman became one of the volunteers of the headquarters of Vladimir Zelensky. The press service of the President of Ukraine stated that the wife of the head of the Ukrainian state acquired real estate in Crimea before the annexation of the peninsula by Russia, in full accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and at the market price. In 2019, the media found out that the wife of the President of Ukraine purchased an apartment in Yalta for almost 164 thousand dollars (about $ 1,200 per square meter). At the same time, the cost per square meter of such apartments at that time reached four thousand dollars.
Then, in April 2019, Elena Zelenskaya put up her apartment in Livadia for sale at a price above 790 thousand dollars, but for all this time there were no buyers for Penthouse. In the video published by Izvestia , it is clear that there is still no furniture or repair in the apartment.
And then the war broke out. Already in 2023, the head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov promised that the apartment would be transferred to large or needy families. And at the end of May it was nationalized.

The very concept of “nationalization” was introduced into the legislative and regulatory documents of the peninsula back in 2014, after “the return of Crimea to the native harbor”.
In July 2014, the Crimean parliament adopted the regional law “On the features of the redemption of strategic objects in the Republic of Crimea”, actually legalizing the forced expropriation of some property. Initially, it was assumed that “strategically important objects” would include, for example, by water and power supply enterprises, but in the future it turned out that on the peninsula “strategically important” is almost all the property of Ukrainian citizens, including those who hastened to obtain Russian citizenship. The law enforcement difference was that the Ukrainians did not pay any compensation at all, and the "new Russians" had to come to terms with the very low cost of the lost property. Neither appeal to law enforcement agencies, nor courts, nor resonance helped to achieve justice.
Pretty soon, the Crimean authorities reached the entrepreneurs. Under the guise of “nationalization of Ukrainian property”, the authorities took stores, cafes and cars from more than 18 thousand Crimeans . And Putin was reported to the Kremlin: this was done in the interests of the country's security, because Crimean entrepreneurs sponsor the ATO (the anti -terrorist operation of Ukraine in the Donbass).
Now, under the guise of “nationalization” in Crimea, anyone can take anything from anyone: an apartment, a cottage, and a piece of land.
The Crimean authorities did not even invent any additional regulatory documents: everything is done by the “name of a special operation”.
Russian law experts agree that Crimean nationalization contradicts any Constitution, and in Cloarrix conversations they call it easier: “gop-stop”.
Now the so -called “Anti -Terrorism Commission of Crimea under the Council of Minnas of the Republic” is engaged in the selection of delicious assets of Ukrainians and foreign citizens for nationalization. There is no list of its members in the public domain , as well as fresh news from it on the official website of the Crimean government.
In the fall of 2022, by the decision of the State Council of the Republic on the lists compiled by this very commission, 147 objects were nationalized . But the war puts all the new challenges to the budgets of all levels, and by March this year, the anti -terrorist commission included 700 objects of movable and immovable property belonging to enterprises, banks, businessmen, politicians and ordinary Ukrainian citizens. We are talking about tourist and sports infrastructure, land plots, utility rooms and much more.
The list included, for example, the Alef-Vinal-Crimea wine production. The company with a staff of 500 people belong to Vadim Ermolaev, a citizen of Cyprus, who is one of the 100 richest people of Ukraine.
Or UKSNAB - an enterprise for the production of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment in Krasnoperekopsk, the owner of which is a large Ukrainian businessman Igor Gumennaya.
Even from the curious: green energy objects - solar panels belonging to the Solar group of companies. “Revenues from the operation of objects went to offshore on Cyprus,” Crimean propagandists complain . At the time of the annexation of Crimea, the Solar group, owned by the Klyuyev brothers, controlled four complexes of solar power plants on the peninsula.

The children did not regret: after the legendary Artek, the Kiparis children's camp in Alushta, owned by the Ukrainian enterprise Zheazavtotrans from Dnepropetrovsk, was nationalized . The same fate befell the "International Children's Medical Center" Chaika "in Yevpatoria.
The agrarian enterprise "SemiStok and Company" was also nationalized in the Leninsky district, associated with the environment of the Ukrainian politician Arsen Avakov; The retail space of the Sky Plaza facility in Yalta, owned by Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the building in Simferopol, owned by the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people.
Previously controlled by the Council of People's Commissars of the Republic, the Rriminform publication reported that following the results of the February nationalization of 2023, the Kerch fishing plant “Strait” and “Alminsky Plant of Building Materials”, Feodosia JSC Stroydetal, LLC Football Club “Dynamo Kiev”, the Sevastopol LLC in Yalta, the HOSE -HOME HOME HOSTICE OF GOSTERY HOSTICAL FEED. The Sun ”, the Pitnyuk boarding house, Solnechnaya boarding house, Ripario Hotel Group Hotel Complex in Otradnoye under Yalta ...
The former deputy of the Crimean parliament and ex-deputy Verkh, Nestor Shufrich lost the Ned-built and land in Simeiz, ex-governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky-the Center for Water Sports in Partenit.
At the same time, the only representative of the far abroad who lost property in the Crimea was Lithuanian citizen of Kolas Igor - he belonged to the Villa Elena Hotel. At the same time, the republic got his apartment and parking.
The Crimean authorities intend to sell nationalized property at auctions in June in order to replenish the republic’s budget, and the proceeds to be sent “primarily for material and technical equipment of units performing the tasks of a special military operation”. An accurate assessment of the value of nationalized property is not called.
Meanwhile, officials are increasingly sounding from officials that it would be nice to deprive of property and all those who left the country, as well as those who “discredit” and are waiting for Ukraine from the inside. Given all the gained experience, it is difficult to evaluate such calls as unrealized.
