Roskomnadzor drew up 19 protocols against Russian online cinemas for maintaining access for underage users to LGBT content, as well as for its incorrect age marking. The court has already ruled on one of them.

Start, Wink, Ivi, Kinopoisk, MegaFon TV, More.tv, Okko, Peers.TV and Premier also received the same protocols for showing LGBT content to children.

This week, a representative of the Start service said that Roskomnadzor's claims are related to the film Perfect Strangers. The company added that the protocol was drawn up because of "a possible LGBT demonstration and an incorrectly specified age limit."

In turn, MegaFon also stated that the protocol is associated with incorrect age marking, and not "with any kind of propaganda." “We promptly eliminated this defect, at the moment all age restrictions are indicated correctly,” said earlier. a company representative

On May 26, it became known that an administrative case on the demonstration of LGBT content to minors was brought against the Russian Reporting film company. Information about this appeared on the official portal of the Moscow courts. The hearing is due on June 21st.
