On May 31, the last lawsuit against the metro was won by the restoration service specialist Maxim Yakovlev. In total, more than 60 people applied to the trade union of employees of the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro" in connection with dismissals, of which 42 decided to sue the employer. Five of them lost the court of first instance and did not continue litigation, in the remaining 37 cases, the courts sided with the workers.
Five decisions have not entered into force - they have not yet been appealed. At the same time, the source of the Agency emphasizes, the decision to restore is executed immediately, before the decision enters into force.
All reinstated employees were also awarded compensation for forced simple and non-pecuniary damage - they must be paid after the entry into force of court decisions.
Employees who were among the first to be reinstated received 140-300 thousand rubles, while the last were awarded more than 2.5 million rubles.
