The Voronezh region, the largest border region of Russia, from the beginning of its conduct in March 2023 adopted about 43 thousand forced immigrants from the Donbass, part of the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions.
Now in 100 temporary placement (PVR) of the region there are more than 6.4 thousand people. This figure was announced by the governor of the region Alexander Gusev in April 2023 during his report to the regional Duma. The head of the region noted that at the expense of the regional budget, one -time material assistance - 10 thousand rubles - received more than 73 thousand refugees, and more than 15 thousand people - pensioners, disabled and family with children are provided with social benefits.
Today, forced immigrants live in most areas of the Voronezh region, which sometimes gives rise to jealousy among the heads of municipal formations that begin to measure with each other federal tranches.
This is what is about. In the region today there are three urban districts, 31 municipal districts and 28 city settlements. And on May 11, 2023, the Decree of the Government of the Region No. 347 saw the light, which states that from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation in order to reimburse the expenses of municipalities for the placement of refugees from the “attached territories”, a sum of 165.5 million rubles is allocated.
It, in turn, is crushed into 21 unequal part, from which almost 89 million rubles were given to Voronezh, and the rest of the money is divided between areas and other urban districts. The Most of all went to the Ramonsky district - more than 20 million rubles, the least - Kashirsky - 197.5 thousand rubles. Obviously, this is more or less proportional to the number of PVR, where immigrants live, and their number.
Residents of the region are different about visitors to the residents of Donbass and the "new" territories of the Russian Federation. Someone is neutral, someone calls to “tighten the belts” test more and together to survive the Time of Troubles. But most is very wary of new fellow countrymen.
For example, several opinions from the public “Nosypical Pavlovsk” (the Pavlovsky district fell to the arrangement of immigrants of almost 9.5 million federal rubles):
“We already have in the village. Podgorensky has nowhere to step, everywhere refugees. Our children are evicted from hostels, and these are these justice? "
Today, despite the federal financing of residence of immigrants, there is great social tension in the region. For example, individual residents of the southern, border Kantemirovsky district openly say that the immigrants (“official” are less than 100 people left here, not counting those who have a nourishment) “already darmed up”, “live like in a resort”, “come to the dining room and require separate dietary dishes, they openly express your life,“ it is difficult to have a poorly arranged ”,“ it is conveniently arranged ”. They settled down - there are all kinds of benefits here, and they get citizenship quickly. ”
The number of immigrants in the region is constantly changing: someone returns home, someone is going further around Russia, someone is trying to take root here, involuntarily generating competition with local in all areas of life.
