
The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced the artist Bogdan Ziz to 15 years in prison in a colony of general regime, the Ukrainian judicial publication “ґrati” reports .
The artist will spend the first four years from the term in prison. Earlier, the prosecutor requested a 18-year-old 18-year-old Crimean in a maximum regime for a 28-year-old Crimean.
Zizu was found guilty of justifying terrorism, preparing for terrorist attack and vandalism (part 2 of article 205.2, part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 205 and part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The artist announced a hunger strike from June 10 and demanded to deprive him of Russian citizenship, which he received involuntarily after the annexation of Crimea, as well as to free all the Poluzyki Ukrainians from Russian places of imprisonment.
In May 2022, the artist poured the door of the administration of Yevpatoria with yellow and blue paint and tried to set fire to the building with Molotov cocktail, but the flame went out. Later he was forced to record a video with an apology.
