Protocols were drawn up against the co-founders of OVD-Info due to the lack of “foreign agent” markings

Protocols were drawn up against the co-founders of OVD-Info, Daniil Beilinson and Grigory Okhotin, under the article on the lack of marking as a “foreign agent” (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Information about this appeared on the Moscow City Court website .

The protocol against Beilinson was received by the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow on May 31, the hearing is scheduled for July 12. Okhotin’s case was registered by the Khamovnichesky Court on June 5.

In September 2021, the Ministry of Justice included OVD-Info in the “register of unregistered public associations performing the functions of a foreign agent.”
